Actually, I'm thinking something less obvious, now. Maybe something like a rules addition that seems perfectly reasonable, while adding a crapton of unannounced unreasonable ones to site rules, and then having "warnings" issued off those as a full auth collaboration.

That kinda sounds like a hassle to do. Maybe Ame might do something clean & brilliant?
