So since I've had semi-frequent problems with Insomnia, I've been thinking about sleeping pills. Any reasons I shouldn't try 'em, or anything particular I should pay watch out for?
Spend the last couple hours before going to bed away from screens, try reading in bed, go see a doctor, and better keep off pills that mess up with your brain functions alltogether.
I'd say the main concerns about sleeping meds is that they can be addictive, and it's usually recommended to not use them over longer periods of time. Personally I've been encouraged to try without meds first.
