That's only true so long as people keep believing it. The idea that a vote is worthless in any scenario is foolish. It's still more or less impossible to get a third party candidate elected, but that doesn't mean voting for one means nothing

Haley (OOC: I'm sorrrryyyyy >_< ) Haley and Arturia were in the library, alone. Not only were none of the other expected visitors not there, the library itself was entirely devoid of life. Haley hadn't been able to convince her older sister to join them, and worse, Lana was nowhere to be found. One of the busier rooms in the school being empty was further disconcerting. Haley had arrived first and had been standing just inside the doorway waiting for Arturia to arrive, as she just had. "Let's start with the obvious, are you feeling alright?" She inquired, glancing towards where Arturia had previously been gutted. In reality, this was more for Haley's benefit than Arturia's. Haley knew that Arturia was perfectly well, at least physically, but she was frightened and needed at least some good news. She hoped Arturia hadn't seen the bulletin declaring Lana missing. It was only released an hour before, Haley knew of it because Kallisih had told her. Still, it was within the realm of possibility for Arturia to have discovered it as well.

Who said anything about trying to make it anything but messy? I got this idea from Haru Like I said, it would take a lot of cooperation to execute well As for the size, since I'm probably going to write all the Harus (actual name pending) and then give them to people it will be limited, but IDK the exact number yet

5/10 Starting to get repetitive TBH

So I was thinking (I know, bad idea), and a what if came to mind. What if all the PCs were one person? As in, all the RPers shared the body of one person. Whether that means multiple personalities (think Haru from 50% Off, that's where the idea sort of came from) or just sharing one thing I'm not sure yet (pls give input on which you'd rather if you're interested), leaning towards multiple personalities for fear of stepping on people's toes with development and also that's closer to the original thought. I have a basic plot in mind but I'm holding off on solidifying anything until I hear how people feel about the idea. ATM it's a romance, and I'm leaning towards a sort of dating sim format It wouldn't be easy to run or play and would require a lot of cooperation, would anyone be interested in trying anyways? Chances are I'd aim for a reroll format and then just ask people to take the reigns (again, I'm leaning towards sort of a dating sim setup, so it's better if I just provide everything and let the players play) ~~~~~~ K, so, this wouldn't die despite me really needing to not care since like nobody was interested. So take even more info to not care about~ Having thought thinkily I have determined a system: Every few days (I haven't set an exact number yet, but it will be a regular interval) I'll post a, likely completely asinine, choice for the character to make. And then leave the head-PCs to figure out how to make the choice. When the next scene rolls around, I'll translate the shenanigans of the head-PCs into actions by the PC As for plot, the RP will be a single date with a girl, with the win condition being earning a kiss. I don't intend to focus on plot so much as silliness. The more you make me laugh the more likely you are to win owo

Yeah, uh, you seem to have missed something about the political climate in America RN: We want to be isolationists (again). There's a whole lot of people here who want us to retreat back into our shell. Stop spending money on military campaigns elsewhere, stop trying to dictate what the rules the world should abide by, and focus on repairing our multitude of issues at home. Let the world be as it may until it's at our doorstep again. I'm not saying it's right, in fact I heavily disagree with it considering it's failed in the past. But no matter which candidate we end up with, they're all going to end up with similar foreign policy (even if they say otherwise in their campaign rhetoric) Trump might be an exception since his political platform is such a mess and the Republican party still wants to maintain a world presence, but he's really impossible to read so I can't say for certain I'm actually surprised you want America to be involved in world affairs, most foreign people tend to tell me they think America meddling with the world is a pain and that we should mind our own business EDIT: Oh, also, Governor>President is actually a pretty solid transition imo. You're right that Governors don't have to deal with the world on the same scale, but in terms of the skills needed to perform the jobs they're very similar, both being executive positions and all

http://prntscr.com/cgko2a Okay, so now they're hitting a Q max really hard but not near as hard on a W max, RIP me (although in actuality these changes are just a more well-rounded nerf as a whole compared to before and I like them better) Her W is still less spammable, but they didn't nerf it as hard at early levels meaning that maxing it is still more or elss the same, it serves well as a burst heal in lane fights. And while 2>3 seconds is far from insignificant, it's still good enough to keep your ADC alive and midgame you'll likely have enough CDR to barely even notice it Reverting the Q mana change is meh imo, I still don't think +10 mana is a big deal at max level, again though, I usually max Q so it's different for me than the majority What really hurts is the Q damage nerf. It was already basically nothing but Rejuv at level 1, so that didn't change. But they shaved off a lot from the last few levels, little damage nerfs to Q stack up really fast when you're using it constantly. If you're maxing W it's not as bad since you only really care about getting the HP back, but if you're maxing Q you're doing it to wear down the enemy and already in three casts you're doing 60 less damage at 6, that's actually pretty huge

No I really had no idea. Although seeing it written as a word made that less likely since it wasn't all caps, but considering we're the Land of Acronyms it wouldn't have surprised me. We have other acronyms that are written as regular words. Also I'm still not entirely certain what we're talking about... >_< Mde (come to think of it, is that an acronym of some kind?) helped but I don't know like anything about world affairs
