Seeing the level system in the game, i'm pretty sure the day Arceus becomes available, everyone will have level 100 pokes (And also, before Arceus, i'm pretty sure other legendaries would be available before Arceus, so... Although i do remember Ame saying that, if she wanted, she could make pokemon above level 100 (So we could fight a level 255 Arceus maybe? ^^)
