Nope.. Ame changed the event and you can't reach it without Strength, which you can only use after beating Aya ^^

I got mine before beating Radomus though, because Rock Smash, Strength and pacience is all you need... You should try getting back there and try to look around better... you might find the way which is very easy to see tbh...

Ice/Dark is nearly unresisted stab, though priority Mach Punch/Bullet Punch/Vaccum Wave will just destroy it... In general, Dark types hit hard, but have bad defences, so i'm not exactly afraid of her unless she pulls out a Mega Absol/Tyranitar or something...

To avoid the Special boost, just send in a pokemon that has higher special defense than physical... Maybe a tip? I didn't struggle against him at all, i just had an physical fighting type (Infernape...). Of course, now Clefable is a fairy type, which can be threatning, but i'm guessing a Close Combat can shut down that Porygon for good... Off-topic:

Exactly. Just don't look for them all the way down (The place where Victoria was, there's only Unowns there...) Get a Chingling and evolve it into a Chimecho, for the future...
