I'm hoping for more field effects in the future though... ESPECIALLY one for Aya... (I KNOW it's not a priority, but still... ^^) And now that i think about it, i never tested Julia after the Beta... Hmm...

Jynx is not the only pokemon that learns that though... You can give a Focus Band to a Kricketune and use Perish Song... Same thing... I don't think is that early though... I mean, for the first Ice type that you can get, i think it's fine... Considering all the weakness Jynx have, and it's power, I think it's reasonable...

255 speed EV? I think Arceus actually has a speed lowering nature/no speed EV/IV... And even then, you can just change the order... It's going to end up the same way?

Yes there is a "cycle" and it changes every day/two days/x days... If you want to know when the weather is going to change, look at any television in the game... One of the programs talks about the weather during the week... You can wait for the weather, OR you can just change your PC clock and go do what you want to do...
