You don't need Rock Smash to reach her... Go back to the Grand Stairway, and look for ladders... Eventually you're going to reach a place that looks like "the jumping stuff in Meteor Falls in RSE"... From there, you jump down until you find the right way... If that doesn't make any sense, then... well, idk... i could provide some pics i guess, but i don't think i need to...

I can't, because: 1 - Your facing them in episode 11, not 9 like i did .-. 2 - It was a "long" time ago, so i don't remember exactly what i did... 3 - I had nothing special, just my normal team...
