    nothin has happen yet, im just playing Kenshin's cautious part. what if these wolves decide to attack while we're unarmed. you can never be too careful... besides Kenshin isnt rash to blowing up shit just cause he wanted to.

    Kenshin keeps his eyes on the wolves at all times.. and has been counting how many of his team has disarm themselves.Discretely the engineer turns on his comm contacting his acting commander Garen. "Garen...Garen do you copy" he said in the scouts radio "i have an uneasy feeling about this, so i come up with a contigency plan if this negotiation went south" the engineer sighed "i dont know what these wolves are up to, either way its better to be safe than sorry." he pause an continue with his last resort plan. " i can detonate my drone, seeing its within the radius of these wolves,its blast should kill these muts. unfortunately we have to sacrifice Zero in the process...these wolves are desperate captain, but so am i...the needs of the many outweighs the need of the few, i hope it wont come to that seeing almost all of our team is unarm... its your call, waiting for further instructions" Kenshin said as he observes his surroundings.

    "We're here looking for a young lady, one of my grandson's friends, as well as a friend of mine. We've heard that this is where she was being held. Do you know anything about this?" "Well your story checks out unlike that shady swordsman." Ace adjust his jacket before answering that man's urgent question. this man seems to be trustworthy enough, eh what the heck. "my name is Ace,old man" Ace said with his usual cocky tone. "now about the girl, me and my partner are sent here by our employer to rescue her, i don't know where they are, but i'm sure they're pretty far by now." Ace shrugs before he continues. "to be honest, i don't really care about which faction the girl chooses, as long as she is free and far way from this place and the government." Ace said with a smirk. "As i recall, i'm suppose to meet my partner down the woods... Welp as for me, you know i can get in and get out of this place in an instant, but where's the fun in that? there's so many interesting people here." Ace said with a sheepish smile as the speedster choose to stay.

    Kenshin stood there idly, on top of the hill, frighten of what these things are capable of. shit this wolves are smater than i taught, what are these abomination? he question himself as the drone was lying there on the tree, within the radius of the alpha wolf, the drone seems to be heavily damage and battered, but still functional. maybe i can detonate b.o.l.t. to end all of this, NO! that would be stupid, ill be killing Zero in the process, ill just save it as my last resort if this doesn't end well. "guys i think we have a situation here. it seems our ally has been taken hostage by a wolf" he said through his audio of the team. Kenshin put down his arc caster on the ground showing a sign of peace to the wolf.

    "Not again" Kenshin said under his breath as the predators of the forest seem to attack them once again.Kenshin pucker his lips and release a long train whistle, signaling his pet drone to attack the wolf that was on top of Zero. from outta nowhere, the orb drone shows up as tries to ram the wolf with great speed, guess you can say it came in like a wrecking ball.

    just as Ace was about to answer the man, the room begin to shake as debris came tumbling down on ceiling,The speedster quickly reacts as he uses his inhuman speed, dodging the falling debris and flash step towards the old man, carrying him out of harms way before the beam complete collapse on the two. the two seems to be safe for now. "You, okay gramps?" Ace asked the man. "This isn't a place for old people, there are dangerous people out here."

    Without saying a word, Kenshin went through the middle and stays in formation, like he was supposed to. While everyone is barking orders,his mind drifts away for a moment. thinking he might want to reevaluate what he has sign up for. Either way, the engineer is happily to support the team with his arsenal of advance weaponry.

    Kenshin halted his sprint and looks back at Garen, he seems to stop at enemy lines for some odd reason, "Come on, an order is an order" Kenshin said as blindly follows Bane's order like a robot... just like his personality, He charge his arc caster and aims at oak nearby, The engineer shoots away a discharge of lightning bolt, knocking and setting the tree on fire as it falls into the ground, blocking the path of the unseen threat, separating the team from the enemy behind, "Let's go" he said in the audio of Garen. After which he falls into the ground as the earth shook, Kenshin slowly pick himself only to hear something below the slope,sounded like Jace. shit i didn't sign up for this, this is not a standard protocol for an engineer. the Engineer thought to himself.

    Gideon extend his arm and just give a thumbs down to Anansi. but then he heavily sighed. something change his mind as Sinbad and Darius shows compasion to the Gunslinger. "i suppose we chould spare him" gideon ponders for a moment and question himself why the hell did i say that? before continuing his statement. "i dont know... cut his own nuts or something... i dont care, as long as he stays out of our way" Gideon said with a wry look on his face and leans on his sword like a cane and stays quiet thinking...have ive gone soft hanging with this guys?

    Kenshin saves his own hide rather than stickin it out for the team, as the ambush takes place. he commanded his drone to protect him and him alone throughout the event. he jogs off with the others as soon as major Bane gives the signal to retreat. just like nothing happen.

    On the contrary, Kenshin can be the most reliable member of the team, if he wasn't so cynic and talks so little.(as his bio shows..for now). as for Garen ill be observing him soon in Kenshin's judgmental thoughts. ((to be honest, its really hard for me to roleplay this character, since most of my IC are pretty outspoken to share what they feel.))

    I have a hunch that Ashnard is the death angel of this chapter and is inflicting lycanthropy throughout the orcs and dwarfs, that's why there so many direwolves attacks on Farreach or am i just over assuming?

    "how about a talking bird?" akuma added."im sure i have no problem dropping them into the ground once they have issues with me" Akuma shrugs his shoulders as he puts his cloak "welp better safe than sorry after all this is an unfamiliar territory for me." the birdman said as he hides his face as well. "speaking of dwarfs, where is Odin?"

    Kenshin keeps on walking as he was satisfied in Sarah's answer, the boy's eyes were set on the road ahead and didn't bother to look or respond at the girl. Certainly this girl knows what she is doing, not many of them are carrying arc casters, only him and the girl. another engineer perhaps? well whatever her profession is, she seems to be trustworthy. as for the other members, they seem to be a bit shady for the engineer's eyes. Kenshin has trust issues in his team for the time being.

    as Kenshin looks around, he somehow notice the bothered girl with the taser gun at the back, as his observation of the team continues it seems that almost half of their team seems to be old fashioned and knows how to hold a gun...probably some of them are trained survivalist or soldiers from the past.surely this is no place for an engineer without any combat skill. but Kenshin isn't your typical engineer. "Miss sarah" he called out. "i suggest you keep your focus.. you wouldn't want to electrocute the entire team before we get to the camp, now would we?" Kenshin warned Sarah without malice.the boy steps to the right as he takes his position guarding the squad and continues to walk through the woods. ((yey! interaction))

    As the orc socerer talks to the average man, Akuma turns his attention to Sigurd and Helze dicussing matters privately. "welp it seems to me that this village is pretty mundane to be the hiding place of what we're looking for" Akuma said as he cross his arms and continued "now farreach, that's another story...from what ive heard from these sailors.. dire wolves, goblins and orcs are causing rucuss in that place" he said "that could be our lead from where should we start...oh and dont worry about directions..im sure Dru and miss helze got it covered" the birdman said to Sigurd.

Obviously this guy doesn't know anything about what they're seeking for.. "Sorry to bother you lad, that's just the liquor talking." Akuma said as he tucks away the pouch. "Anyways, I mean you no harm, for i am a trademans myself"

    "no need to worry savy, i can assure you, all animals we brought here are tamed..including myself" Akuma puts his hood down and reveals his scarred bird face. "my name is Akuma, my goodman" "now that you mention it, we're indeed infact looking for something "Akuma pause as he looks from left to right trying to be discrete of what he is about to say next "an ancient artifact to be precise" Akuma said as he pulls out a bag of coins. "you're a man of trade, i think we can work something out... how about you tell us any leads or information regarding to the shard of this place" he said to the man.

    Gideon shrugs as Darius carries the injured Zolivar throughout the bridge, maybe the knight was really badly hurt to an extend he has to crawl or maybe it was just fear?neither way its all done now.Gideon follows the knight as he gives a nod to Sinbad and Absalom to follow the rest.
