Aren't nametagged mobs in Minecraft supposed to never despawn? Because Mr. Bones the Skeleton is gone. He was in a contained room 40 blocks underground AND stuck on a Minecart that was infinitley going around in circles. There's no way he could have escaped.
Nevermind, I found out what happened. A while ago I was grinding at an XP farm and it got all clogged up, and I switched to Peaceful mode for a second to clear it. That caused Mr. Bones to be freed from his wild ride, via being erased from existance. That's 22 Emeralds wasted there.
