    Wait, in Captain America: Winter Soldier, the guy mentions "Stephen Strange" on his list of "people who might be a threat to Hydra in the future". Does that mean he's already sorcerer supreme? Because I don't see how some algorithm could predict a guy becoming sorcerer supreme by looking at his bank records.

      The whole plot point was that the algorithm was genius based on bank records and stuff so its not too far off...
