Well, it looks like Echoed Voice is a no go for my future Sylveon. New plan: Trump Card. Misty Terrain + Pixilate + Pixie Plate + Trump Card with only 1 PP = 540 base damage. Or if it's a double or triple battle, 405 base damage on each fighter. In other words, Sylveon gets Rainbow Dash level of destructive capability, able to casually cause nuclear explosions.
