Don't take me wrong, perfect accuracy Hurricane is cool and all... But it is just too slow (at least for Gen 6 standards) to blast through teams, not bulky enough to be an offensive pivot, and its special movepool is atrociously shallow outside of Hurricane...
Like it is fine, just not OU material or most tier material...problem is even if it was decent other offensive FLying types do it better. HECK, even mega PINSIR is a better flying type than Pidgeot lol.
