Danielle saw Henry give a glance at Zared before he continued to speak. Once Henry finished, she remained silent for a moment to gather her thoughts. She finally nodded, acknowledging his promise before she addressed the more important issue. "I sound like a broken record, but I already told you to drop the tough guy act. You're not fooling anyone with this," she said, holding up the bloodied tissue in her hands. "As for being an optimistic idiot... Zared, can you come here for a minute?" As soon as her Mawile was close to her, Danielle stiffened up as she tried to pet him on his head once more. Seeing her shaking hand, Danielle resigned to holding her up her hand for Zared to high five, which he did happily. "Thank you~" she thanked her new partner before he sauntered back off. The girl sighed before turning her attention back to Henry. "I'm not as strong as you think. I still couldn't hug him because I'm afraid he will bite my head off, even though I know, deep down, that he wouldn't... I was also upset when I saw Evan tumbling down that cliff; Corona's previous expression had mirrored mine when I saw the rope break... I'm only able to get back up because I had my friends and family supporting me." She looked around at her Pokemon before continuing. "And I always believed that everything is solvable, it just depends on our experience with the world around us... And if we are willing to make the effort to change ourselves. That is why I try to talk to everyone - I want to learn more and prevent these mistakes from happening again." She shifted herself a little to loosen up her stiff muscles. "Since you already know that isolation isn't working out for you, why_not be more accepting of what has happened? Holding a grudge and feeling sorry about yourself, as I recently learned from Avis, isn't going to help me. And... I'm sure that friend wouldn't want to see you like this too." Danielle held her tongue as Devin came over to check up on them. Once Henry finished, she couldn't help but roll her eyes before she addressed the tall professor. "Henry is downplaying his situation, sir. He will live, but it might be best if he got some medical attention, just in case." She held up the red napkin to add reason to her statement. "I don't know about the Donphan species, but I also haven't seen any Pokemon group this aggressive before. Back in Kalos, even a murder of Murkrows would not attack trainers unless provoked..." Danielle then waited for their elder to, hopefully, explain the stampede. Avis noted Henry's uneasy glance at the Dragonite before returning her gaze to her surroundings. This was certainly an interesting start to get through to this Orre boy. Who knew that a Hydreigon, a fiesty redhead, and a Donphan could bring out his softer side?

Danielle sighed and gave him a soft pat on his shoulder before she settled herself next to him. "You say you wouldn't be rash, yet you still try to get up and go after that herd." she chuckled. "The others that you mentioned will be fine; Professor Cadmus had already sent his Haxorus back to the camp with the others that could walk and talk. And, like you said, they all have our Pokemon by their side, so I doubt they will be knocked down that easily." She paused, a small twinge of worry slipped into her train of thought before she brushed it aside. "Look, Henry, I can't leave a friend behind no matter the circumstances, especially if one happens to be in your condition. I feel guilty if I do even if someone tries to convince me otherwise; it's just how I am. I already messed up once," she indicated Devin's location with a nod of her head, "I will not let it happen again, even if it will get me into trouble. So, you will have to deal with me whether you like it or not!" Corona listened intently to Danielle's little speech. The bug was felt even more upset when Danielle took the responsibility for the failed mission, but something about her last statement cheered her up. Whether it was the way her master said it or the words she chose, Corona felt a fire that is slowly igniting her fighting spirit. She suddenly gave a loud, determined cry before she crawled to take her place beside Zared; if her master has the will to fix her mistakes, she will muster up her courage and fix her's too.

Danielle and her team heard the growling Zuko as Devin instructed Dragonite to find the fallen boy. She gasped when she saw Henry on the ground, seemingly unconscious. 'Oh no! Not him too!' Before Devin finished giving his instructions for her, Danielle was already sprinting after the Vulpix, leaving her Pokemon to answer her professor. "Henry!" Danielle called frantically as she knelt down beside his body. She looked around trying to figure out how she could get him out of the dirt (and the blood stain) before she saw her Pokemon rushing over to help. "Zared, can you help me lean him up against that wall? Gently now..." Zared quickly complied and, as Danielle took one side, hoisted his other side up with his small frame. They both managed to put his back against the wall while Avis grabbed his cane (or what's left of it) with her talons and placed it by Henry's side. As soon as he was settled, Danielle rummaged through her backpack to pull out a tissue and began to wipe off the blood. "What a perfect day to get rammed by a Donphan huh?" she said sarcastically, trying to lighten up the situation. Avis put herself on the top of the wall to act as a lookout while Zared stood as a guard. Corona had seated herself by Zuko, still down about her failed String Shot.
