  1. Ah yes, this sadly bring back memories of the one FE RP I did which likely won't see the light of day with life and other projects sucking my free time to the last minute. Anyways, just holler if you want to use any of my old stuff I have lying around.

Also if you see me creating a sign up sheet, tackle me straight to the ground.

Why? You wouldn't be interested in joining this if you like FE?

Anyways it would be great to have you I'm sure because you are very strategic I get the sense but oh well I guess. :)

My application will be up later today and I'm super excited and Link your thief is looking FRESH!

Just looked through all the sheets and why is there so many mounteds :( The mounted rivalry just keeps getting bigger for me sigh...

LOL maybe we could be a mostly mounted army. That would be a unique thing for sure.

    EDIT 2:

generally you pick promo skills when you promo

Everyone in Pyon's and so far here other than you picked one already so I don't know what to tell you.

I'm picking one right away for sure. :)

  2. Hello you two.

This looks awesome and I'm happy to see another FE RP because FE is awesome and it gives more people a chance to join one.

I will definitely apply by end of tomorrow with a character I already have made if you'll allow me to apply that is.

I need to maybe change the backstory a bit but we'll see if we need to. :)

Anyways, super excited for this and have a great night.

  3. https://twitter.com/KazoWAR/status/791301876486696960

All battle intros have been found...and along with it came one for the Aether Foundation.

Not confirmed but it's looking all the more likely that Aether are the true villains.......

Hmmm it's getting more possible but we'll see but EVEN MORE EXCITING is Kahuna typings revealed through that video because the hala then olivia background appeared then 2 exact same looking ones but different colours and one was dark black and one was orangeish so I'm thinking it's confirmed through this video that the last 2 kahunas are dark and I'm guessing fire for the last background design. :)

OOH I can't wait to play this game so much. :D

  4. Finally got to watch the finale for myself after some annoying internet issues. Gotta say I was expecting it to be filled with hope but I wasn't expecting THAT much hope. I'm glad things turned out as well as they could have.

But more importantly, Hina is safe!

Well what do you expect when the arc/special episode is called the hope arc lol. XD ;)

  5. I think we're only going to see Izuru/Hajime. Kodaka has stated that the characters of SDR2 would not have an after story or something to that effect. :c.

    Trolling Kodaka again sigh...

But to be honest, I'm glad he trolled because it made the surprise that much more amazing and heartwarming (for me at least).

If I don't see Super High School Level Eyepatch tomorrow I'm suing

So how much you planning to get? ;)

Well, DR 3 lovers, love this or not, this is happening:

    https://myanimelist.net/news/47959619

I'm a fan especially for more information such as how Nagito and others awoke from the coma is greatly appreciated but having to wait so long for the answer sucks lol. Thanks for posting this because I would have never known about this if you didn't. :)

So I spoiled myself a little on Hope arc, so do not read what's in the spoiler tag if you want to wait for the episode.

KOMAEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDAAAAAAAAAAAAAA MEETS NAEGI AND NOT JUST THAT APPARENTLY EVERYONE IN DR2 SHOWS UP LIKE I THOUGHT!!! HINA LIVES, KYOKO LIVES, EVERYONE LIVES!! Seriously, I remember saying that Monoca would be wrong and that Naegi wouldn't get anyone killed. It seems that my hope truly shined through as Kyoko came through. Albeit there was some doubt! Can't wait to watch this bad boy for myself.

Edit: and an anime with Komaeda as the main character next year? Sign me the FUCK up!!

YES and it was the total fanboy moment lol. YES to everyone showing up because it was so sweet to see everyone including glimpses of chiaki there. :) YES TO MY BAE KYOKO (sexy at the end much in those red clothes when talking to Makoto) LIVING AND MIKAN you are better in my book for reviving her. Credit must go to Seiko who actually managed to save someone despite not knowing why her medicine wasn't working but WAIT didn't she try to use it on Bandai at the very beginning so why didn't he live if it slows the poisoning of the NG down. Naegi ALMOST got someone killed though if Mikan wasn't awoken soon enough. My hope for my BAE wasn't always there because I knew when Monaca said Makoto would get someone killed, it would be Kyoko but hoped she could still be alive and THANK GOD she is. :D

Heck yeah to this anime even though it's only 1 episode long apparently :( Also it's coming with the new game so how will it end up on the internet for non-game purchasers?

Is Seiko or Mikan involved in Kyoko's survival?

    BOTH!

HOLY SHIT I KNEW IT HE'S HALF HAJIME HALF IZURU

also I'm super happy Makoto wasn't the one to solve the problem this time around

So I guess technically Kizakura did end up saving Kyoko. She only "died" by her NG poisoning rather than falling to her death, so Mikan was able to revive her.

I'll admit that was pretty badass to see the hajime hope filled golden eye and the izuru's red eye together. I am happy as well considering Makoto already did enough by saving the Remnants of Despair back then through DR2's events and for defeating the cause of the Remnants being Junko in a tough battle. :) Junko is an idiot for killing herself back then though. Yeah I guess he technically did so props to him and props to Seiko and Mikan for saving my BAE.

Okay now that I've replied to all quotes I wanted to, time for my personal thoughts on the episode.

Did Komaeda kill those brainwashed people with the landslide by kicking the stone which made a chain reaction? Didn't get a good look so just guessing. It was so nice and heartwarming to see all of them awake (I was surprised they were able to wake but I'm thrilled they did) and especially helping and supporting Ryota especially the imposter guy. They all left together on the boat for who knows where. Probably to make amends.

So happy Aoi didn't die from the shot to her leg but you have to think. This ultimate swimmer survived 2 killing games same with Kyoko (almost didn't YIKES but YEAH AND PROPS to MIKAN (you raised somewhat in my book but you did still lead Chiaki to her death sigh...) AND SEIKO (I'm so happy for you that you were able to save someone with your talents in this killing game :))) and Makoto (main character so not going to die) but HOW lol. I ship Makoto with either Aoi or Kyoko considering both like him and did things to save him through the killing game.

I'm sad to see this part of the series end though. No more Makoto, Kyoko, Munakata, Aoi. Hajime, etc. It's so saddening because DR1 and 2 were amazing and then they upped the quality with the DR3 anime which easily gets 8.5-10/10 from me. :,( IT'S OVER!

I am also partly happy because with this ending, I now have the world for my RP confirmed and I can get to work on creating the RP. Hope to see some of you in it. :D Have a great day/night and I'll be watching this thread over time to see what people's thoughts on this are. Props to whoever is waiting for dub (I know someone). You still have a month and a half at least before you're caught up unfortunately.

  6. Can we talk about how much physical contact Naegi has had with Hina during this whole ordeal? Maybe he really is the Ultimate Lucky Student afterall.

MAKOTOXHINA. I ship it ;) XD

Reading all the posts I missed, you all have very insightful thinking about the situation with Tengan and Ryota so great job :)

  7. My thoughts are basically that the theater is representative of the afterlife, and that both Junko and Chisa are their true selves in there. Junko is obviously the same person as she's always been, while Chisa has reverted to her normal personality.

Makes sense since Junko mentioned it doesnt matter since they were both dead but if Chisa is her true self, she's much quieter and solemn now compared to back with her students in the despair arc so that bothers me that maybe she's not really her true self. Junko is fabulous and despite being evil, I love her. ;)

  8. I'll give you a breakdown of what happened/we learned about each character this episode.

Tengan - Tengan entrusted his hope to Mitarai, using this killing game as a way to force his hand into broadcasting his hope video to the world. Neither he nor Mitarai are aware of the repercussions of doing so. Tengan did not intend for Mitarai to participate in this killing game. To make sure it still continued until Mitarai would be effectively forced to share his video, he made sure that Mitarai's NG code was to make use of his talent, which includes showing people his hope brainwash video.

Mitarai - Mitarai is incredibly resentful of the fact that he has never done anything good for the side of hope and has only contributed to despair. This anger has boiled up inside of him, and now that he has his chance to spread hope. He wants to ensure that no one can stop him, and that he gets his moment to shine. To accomplish this, he broadcasts this brainwash hope video to all the soldiers entering the site of the killing game and to Asahina in order to prevent Naegi and Munakata from interfering. He truly believes that what he is doing is right though, being completely unaware of the fact that brainwashing to bring hope is just as malevolent as brainwashing for despair.

Asahina - Home girl got the short end of the stick once again. Got brainwashed by Mitarai to restrain Naegi until she was brought to her senses. Not even a few minutes later she gets shot in the leg and begs Naegi to go stop Mitarai while she's left bleeding.

Munakata - My dude saved Naegi and Asahina before they were almost killed, and goes on to create a diversion to stop the soldiers from getting to Naegi and Asahina.

Naegi - Dude's gotta do what Naegi does best, be our protagonist. He's trying his best to get to Mitarai to talk some sense into him and stop him from what he's doing. Gets cornered by soldiers.

Hagakure - Yes, you heard me. He did something. He dove in front of Naegi without any shots being fired and immediately surrendered, and created a diversion for...

Togami - Mr. Affluence appears with his secret service dudes and smacks the shit out of the soldiers attacking Naegi.

Chisa - Girl is chilling in the afterlife theater watching this all go down. She's in her normal mindset here, and tells Junko after her speech that hope is just about to begin.

Junko - Shows up to explain how Chisa lead Munakata down this radical path to eliminate despair and was responsible for the divide between Tengan and Munakata as a result. She also summarizes Tengan's reasoning for starting the killing game.

Komaru and Toko and Monaca - girls got brainwashed from Mitarai's broadcast

Hajizuru - My dude killed a bunch of people and we saw his silhouette!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Juzo - unintentionally fucked it all up by disabling the wristbands whoops

I am truly curious what Chisa is thinking when she's with Junko lol. I wonder if she's all for hope now that she's dead or still despairy. I feel bad for Juzo because yeah freeing Ryota from his bracelet screwed things up sadly. Tengan confuses me if I'm being honest or maybe I didn't understand but if Tengan made the NGs and he wanted Mitarai to use the hope video then why prevent him from doing so by the NG code. That could have prevented a lot of deaths I'm sure once Mitarai saw a couple of people dying, he would have took action with the video I'm sure. Junko is so pretty OMG.

wasn't the mastermind the chief. The person munakata killed when they fell

    Yes he was.

  9. I LOVED this show as a younger person. Used to always stay up later on Friday nights to watch this (while avoiding bleach because it was too scary at the time lol) on YTV. Ahhh the memories and I loved to enact the moves Inuyasha would use and it was just such an amazing show. Never watched the other part of it which has the final episodes but I will have to at some point lol.

I loved the cast of characters and how unique and different they were from each other. There was always interesting enemies to battle and different and cool ways of beating them. :)

10/10 for sure. :D Not sure what else to write about when it comes to this show but if anyone knows, let me know and I'll edit this. :) Thanks and can't wait to see what posts happen here about the show.

  10. It's heavily implied in the scene following the ending credits of the episode.

How did his saying he would try to predict one or the other imply he was going to save Chiaki and how did he exactly save her because NPC Chiaki isn't the real one. :(

I got to be honest. i hope Izuru has secretly protected Chiaki and didn't actually let her die and instead hid her away from Junko because what can Junko do to him even if he was found out. Nothing because he's the ultimate being and can dodge all attacks at him.

  11. My poor baby looks so sad

    4d5806f3df.png

    Also

That makes me really happy that Izuru set that up to play games with Chiaki again and to give her a second chance for her hope to succeed. As unfortunate an ending as it was to zetsubou-hen, it was the best way it could end for us given all the things confirmed for us already. Also it's confirmed Ryota didn't make the suicide videos I can be at peace now.

What do you mean Izuru set the DR2 events up? He didn't add chiaki to the program, that was Makoto I thought. I do love that Chiaki was given a second chance to save them from despair and actually succeeded that time. :)

Hooray, izuru still had some humanity of hajime left to save/help chiaki. With her influence maybe that's why hajime showed up in the dg2 game instead of izuru. and from the looks of it, it sees that ryota has been clear of all suspicions (even though so much was pointed to him) . Tacos you believed in him till the end. so congrats to that. you believed in him when most people suspected him.

What are you guys talking about? Hajime/Izuru didn't save Chiaki one bit. Wasn't it Makoto who made or at least set up the program including adding the NPC chiaki? Izuru didn't appear because Makoto reverted him back to before Izuru state so obviously Hajime was all that was left. :)

  12. To be honest I liked Juzo because he was pretty damn attractive at first. My opinions shook when I saw that he was the inspiration for Hajime to go through the with the Izuru Kamakura project. But as soon as they started revealing how much of an outsider he was in his own group and they were dropping hints about him loving Kyosuke, I hopped back on the Juzo fan train. Though Ryota is still my favorite.

Also edit your post next time Pbood. If that was a double, I'd be merging your post, but there'd be a warning slapped on there too.

I know I know. I would have just copied and pasted the quote reply into the other post about bracelets but then formatting issues (which I don't know how to avoid btw) (Oh, if you multiquote can you do it for multiple pages at once or do you have to finish replying to all the quotes on one page then try to combine the future page ones into the same post and hope for no formatting issues like what happened earlier) might have happened which earlier you didn't like so it was lesser of the evils for me sorry. I know not to double post and I try to avoid it. You don't have to warn me for it.

I wrote can you help me tacos as a precaution in case my post appeared before quinn's but luckily he finished and it said one new reply while I was still writing so after posting to see what happened, I edited immediately, removed the help me part and added the paragraphs not in the quote. :)

Also, to have this be on topic, I agree Juzo was pretty good looking. I feel bad that he had to deal with the fact he caused those events and thus a chain reaction to happen. They didn't really drop hints as much as outright saying it all at once courtesy of Junko. ;)

  13. What sucks about the Danganronpa series is that no matter how flawed or fucked up the character is I can never bring myself to fully hate them (except you Junko, it's an anime and everyone's parents are dead stfu)

I hate Mondo for killing Chihiro (sweet computer baby blessed be thine) but some part of my resonates with feeling weak and the mental pain it causes. Poor little Leon did what he had to do out of self-defense because of Sayaka's desperation. URRR Wrong. He could have stopped after she ran into the bathroom but like is illustrated through the end of the trial, Leon kept going because he saw an opportunity to graduate and thus went got his toolbox, opened the door and you know the rest sigh... Even everyone's favorite Ultimate Confectionery I can make an weensy bit of space in my heart for. Maybe I'm just over empathetic. No you're not. I also feel for Ruruka especially for the suicide. That was brutal. I can only imagine what she was going through during that despair time that she did that to herself and also she was most likely trying to fight the brainwashing by eating one of her own candies which sadly didn't work :(

On second thought I can bring myself to dislike Hifumi and Celestia. Celestia was in it for the money (no one was buying that 'oh poor victimized me' shit) and Hifumi was just dumb. Funny but dumb. I hate Hifumi too (such a moron throughout DR1) but I don't hate Celestia as much.

But then again I think that's the point. Despair making people act and do things they normally wouldn't do. Or maybe the whole message is what people do under pressure and desperation show their true selves, and therefore the killing games are the pinnacle of human intimacy and it's core nature. Absolutely when you have nowhere to go and hide, the real selves come out to play sadly in order to survive such is shown through the student council killing game.

I'm just going to say if Tengan is still alive, he's apparently one tough son of a beep too because a jugular cut, lost so much blood and still lives. what the heck is wrong with him that he can live that lol? I'm pretty sure I never outright hated Juzo and everytime I watched him I was curious about what he would do. At the beginning and through it, I figured Juzo was Munakata's friend and just trying to help him survive through the game but his loyalty was impressive. :)

Yeah on the wiki, it currently says Juzo died a little after the game ended but do we for a fact know the game is done? The objective to fully win is to lynch the traitor which if it is Tengan and he's still alive, is not completed and thus the game is still on till they kill him. What do you guys think?

  14. The bracelets came off right after Juzo pulled that last lever. I don't think saying that they popped off because they "won" the game is really accurate.

This is exactly what happened. For all we and the characters know, Monokuma never intended to let them stop playing even if no attacks happened during a sleepy time and thus a lie was told and Juzo actually did knock the bracelets off by knocking out the power of the monitors which I guess is connected to powering the bracelets?

  15. You do remember Juzo only acted on Munakata's orders right? He didn't have an internal debate as to whether he should take his own steps to solve his fuckups. Also, they're in no threat once they know about the monitors. All they had to do was explore a little, find the power and hey presto, same situation but Juzo is alive if wounded. He is, quite simply, a dumbass who had a semi-heroic moment brought about by a manipulative plot and who just so happens to be gay, an arbitrary fact that seems to have confusingly flipped 90% of people's opinions about him despite the fact he is still the same guy who almost everyone loved to hate at the start of the series. Except Quinn, I have to admit Quinn had that guys back from way early on.

Point is, I don't see him as redeemed in my eyes, 'tis an opinion.

Yeah it's your opinion and that's great to have so good job. I just have to mention though that considering they were like Tacos said chickens running around with no head, I'm sure they, unless munakata figured out the power thing, would not figure it out and still be running around looking for an escape/power room. Therefore, Juzo spending his last breaths to go to the power room and figure it out and remember the power room was in the secret room izayoi found so there's no guarantee they would find it unless they checked EVERY room in the place. But also with his sacrifices, they are free from the bracelets and considering no one knew ryota's action, they could have accidentally activated it and killed him saddening Tacos and themselves lol. I'm not saying Juzo is redeemed from before with the Junko incident and the keeping it a secret though I understand why he did keep it a secret but saving the survivors was noble at least and he is more human now than ever before imo because he tried to right his wrongs and he didn't have to save Makoto tbh. Juzo would have still died from bloodloss no matter what, I would think.

People aren't changing their opinions just because he is gay. That's quite an accusation and that's not good.

  16. LOCAL MAN DOES SOMETHING RIGHT FOR ONCE

Turns out I was wrong, the extra survivor really was Juzo. Well, I guess this means that Schrodinger's Detective won't be pulling any resurrection tricks anymore. I did get something right, though, the game runs automatically and the mastermind does not need to be alive.

The 16th player is neither Chisa nor Tengan, since both are very obviously dead. Who could they be, then? I doubt it's just Hagakure, that'd be very boring. I still hope we learn who the 13th branch leader is, since there's no reason to establish that Asahina's there as a proxy if the real deal never gets introduced.

I really do think the 16th is Hagakure tbh though. They say on danganronpa wiki, Aoi, Makoto, Kyoko, hagakure and 12 other future foundation members take part so yeah hope for 16th hidden one is low for me right now lol. I would love to see who the 13th branch leader is though because that might be significant now that the future foundation is in shambles badly.

Honestly when the end song played while Munakata was running to Juzo, I thought that was pretty neat and I cried a little bit because damn I just wanted Juzo to be able to tell him.

Also we have one episode left of future, which means something has to happen with the boat leaving Jabberwock.

I hope something happens with the boat and jabberwock but I think that's for the special that will be coming tbh.

Nice try, ep 11, but i still dislike juzo. >>"

maybe it's something about his specific character flaws that tick me off, that was pretty sad tho.

also kirigiri really is dead, gotta commend kodaka's efforts to save people from waifuism by killing off all best girls.

i didn't think naegi with swirly despair eyes would be so unsettling, but damn that was a sheer oxymoron.

i'm kinda hype for the possibility of seeing how the surviving cast of DR2 is doing too.

NO I REFUSE TO BELIEVE that a character as amazing as her (kyoko) dies in this stupid game AHHHHHHHHH. :( XO >:o

And yeah Makoto with despair eyes was creepy and tough to look at and the fact I was sure he would snap out of it being the ultimate hope but that didn't happen is even tougher. Makoto's hope was not as strong as his despair apparently. :(

Well, I mean, Fuyuhiko won't be making out of this in one piece since he already lost an eye to replace it with one of Junko's. Sorry Tacos.

Also, this next Mirai-hen episode will likely not involve Jabberwock Island, since we have 1 more episode of each and end a conclusive episode that ties the two halves together in the place of next week's Zetsubou-hen, which is why there's only one more episode there. The conclusive tie in would be the most likely point for the events o Jackerwock Island to play out to close the saga of the Remnants of Despair and those who sought to destroy them at any cost.

I agree that the next most likely won't have remnants or jabberwock but instead the special will like you are saying :)

  17. I need to stop lurking reddit during class cause I keep spoiling myself and yikes I got really happy and really sad real quick.

But it's confirmed now, the deaths were suicides induced by the monitors.

Yep and I had a feeling it was that when people before kept mentioning the prevalence of the monitors all over and always around the killed people. Seiko slamming herself into the wall was tough to see.

Yeah Saionji was an evil little thing but Mikan lost all of my sympathy with Mioda. Why?! She was cool to everyone and awesome. I hate it when characters have a really sad backstory but their actions make me hate them.

So now that we know that they were suicides, I'm still wondering why Ruruka's was so brutal. Is Chisa being the mastermind confirmed yet? No way she'd just be like "Time to die for the sake of Munakata going batshit crazy. IIII'M GONNA SWIIIIING FROM THE CHANDELIEEEEER"

Yep Mikan is an ugh character imo. For why ruruka's was so brutal, I'm guessing seiko and izayoi appeared to her brainwashed state and she felt immense regret and despair meaning she wanted to make herself pay for what she caused to happen. LMAO that swinging from the chandelier thing made me laugh but if she wanted to kill herself why is Chisa shown crying while hanging from the chandelier hmmm...

I've yet to watch it either, but from what I've gathered, the monitors brainwashed them and the knives were hidden inside the monitors

    Yep.

^so that was two weeks ago

also, I personally thing Juzo was an okay enough guy. Like, he did some morally dubious stuff like giving Hajime the final push to become Izuru, but his intentions were pure and he sacrificed a lot just to try to do his best.

Plus, that guy took way more punishment than I thought he could. He's still in second for the series after Chiaki last week ignoring Junko's strange multiple executions at the end of the first game, but damn, Juzo was impaled by a spear made by the Ultimate Blacksmith, which he shrugged off, resisted mind controlling sweets, survived being stabbed in the gut by the Danganronpa equivalent of a lightsaber hurts like a banshee, but still cauterizes the wound, proceeds to chop his own arm off to remove his wristband, and then he tracks down Makoto through the entire building and still has enough strength left to pin him to the wall. After which, he goes all the way back to the "secret exit" and turns off all the power by himself, after which he finally succumbs to his wounds. His first wound came from Izayoi's trap, in Episode 8. Juzo has been bleeding for the passed three episodes (four, if you count Episode 8 itself,) and only just died. Say what you will about Juzo, but damn can he endure.

GG on guessing it right and same to the reddit guy for his amazing theory and thorough explanation why it was that. I give props :) Also damn you're right about Juzo's endurance before dying, it was ridiculously long lol.

First off TACOS THAT IS AMAZING MY DAY IS NOW BETTER THANK YOU.

The whole hypnosis thing is very weird. I wonder what prompted the mastermind to kill certain people in a certain times. Maybe Gozu first because he was the only one who could 1v1 Munakata, then Seiko because no one needs a pill-poppin behemoth on the loose breaking down walls, then Ruruka cuz screw her. Hm, idk.

Proximity to the monitor. Whoever was closest got the brainwashing and knife to suicide. Simple as that. XD

Yoooooo Juzo really went out like a hero. I knew he wouldn't die from that stab wound!! It's a shame he's really dead now, but he went out in a really good and non gruesome way. He also did something that I was thinking about before. He cut his arm off to get rid of the bracelet. Like, why hadn't anyone else tried that? Ruruka for example wouldn't have had to kill her boyfriend if she just hacked her arm off. She's in a killing game anyway. I'd rather lose an arm than my life. Props to Juzo for not taking that shit though, and may he rest in peace. I wish he got to confess to Munakata before he died. It's a real shame. I wonder what that message to Ryota was? It seems he was working with whoever set the game up. I'm gonna make a somewhat stretch of a guess and say that Komaeda is the mastermind of this game. If it's not him it's definitely Chisa. But Komaeda would be better imo.

He really did and I was surprised to see you guys were right that Juzo wasn't dead but it does explain the 6 survivors count at the beginning of last episode so cool. Are you kidding me? Ruruka would never had done that even if her life depended on cutting her hand and wrist off. I wish he confessed too and the message to Ryota was by Tengan (He's revealed to be a Despair member btw) and Tengan started the game apparently. You think you know someone lol. GG Juzo because he saved Makoto's butt so much despite Aoi and Ryota tying his up to experiment with the monitors sigh... I must give props to Munakata for being wise to Chisa being Despair all the way back when they were investigating Junko but then why didn't he stop her hmmm...

Also one more episode left for future arc :( It has been so amazing to watch them though.
