    Have you ever woken up crying after a dream and you know why you're crying but there's nothing you can do to address the issue. I have done this twice in I would say a week or two. The first time was due to an accumulation of stressful situations and the second is just extreme sadness and disappointment in myself :(

      The first time, I didn't really know what was causing it but I was just blubbering like a baby for now reason at the time I thought and I'm like why do I keep crying and it only got better when I came online and talked to people. This time I was able to control it better but I am still sad and disappointed in myself for something related to the dream. :(
