^ Tons of amazing suggestions above! If I may suggest some minor things. In the cities alleyways maybe you can add some writings/drawings on the walls. Sometimes you have to battle people to access those alleyways so it would make sense that people mark their territory or put something funny (no i'm not asking to put TSM in the Regi-X Special area xD). In the Lapis Ward i guess you can add some fancy stuff/decorations/portraits in well-off people houses because they live better than in Obsidia or Peridot wards. Not too much because there are gangs who steal things sometimes... *whistle* Oh and off topic, an alleyway/little area where everybody lies could be pretty funny, with a code or password to guess. We can distinguish different areas by their craziness or originality. I'm refering to Zozo city for those who have played FF VI.

What's going on with your meteo events? T.T There are sometimes several windy days in the same week though. Maybe check the other day too if that's the case? Otherwise, well, i have no idea. :'(

Durant is in Tanzan Mountain Cave (you have access to it after some plot). I think it has to be windy for Emolga. Same for Starly and Murkrow.

To get Yanma you have to headbutt trees though. About Azurill i don't know. Feeding candies and/or friendship berries works too but i don't know which one is the most efficient. If it's low level you can also level it up a bit to save some money.

Hmm that's kinda wierd... At least it's not a random encounter. If you want to make sure it's sunny and not the meteo effects glitching (it happens to me with the windy effects) just fight a Pokemon in the grass. And I'm pretty sure you can't get a ghost type before the 1st gym, unless i had a terrible luck. Well if you want sth bulky you can catch a lvl 10~15 Koffing in (uh i actually don't remember where) in one of Peridot's alley, it can take quite a few hits (except sonicboom).

I think it's Lunatone under the stairway. I found a Solrock in Tanzan Mountain, dunno which wheather it was though, I didn't check, it will be lvl 40. For Mareep yeah after you found the 5 officers, talk to the guy who lost his Growlithe, then talk about the policeman who's just beneath him in the room. Didn't find the others mentioned yet.

Got one by headbutting a tree in Opal Ward. During the day i think.

As for me I found my Petilil (now evolved and rocking :3) in Obsidia Park, I remember it being a sunny day and during the day... I guess you can try with different hours (morning, day before noon, and afternoon). Be sure to take a Pokemon who knows Cut. It will be level 10 and will battle you.

I like that item on low level Pokemon that i'm training in higher level areas (couldn't get multi exp yet). You can flee from selfdestruct Koffings, or even EV-train on specific pokemons. I'll also see if it works against Arena trap Digletts.

Did anyone manage to get a Smoke Ball thanks to a wild Koffing? I think I'm on a case of bad luck so I couldn't find one yet. Edit : Got one, phew!

Thick Bone is in the game but wild Cubones only carry it 5% of the time, but it's easier to hunt those items when you have Covet (Linooone at lvl 35ish) or Thief. (Kecleon later in the game). Aya's first two Pokemons only have Special attacks if i remember correctly, so i think that Klang can tank and set up on them a bit. Muk has Giga Drain so be careful for your Quagsire, and Tentacruel has icy wind to slow you down. I won that gym relying mostly on a Calm Mind Gardevoir, who could set up thanks to an Elektabuzz (didn't evolve him at that time, not the ideal support at all) helping with Light Screen and Thunder Wave. When Electabuzz got KO i sent in Gyarados/Infernape, I couldn't send my Golem because I left Muk with a paralysis status and knew he couldn't do much to my team.

That feel when you're 9/2/2 as support Lulu. Moar wards. Light up that map! And then the opponent team aggreed to surrender at 5 votes against 0! I wanted to keep up the absurdity T.T

Yup, you'll have to be a bit lucky, but when you encounter a Cubone it will have 5% chance to have Thick Bone. I use a Linoone with the move Covet to steal items quickly (also useful to steal leftovers from munchlax in the same area) and got a thick bone with pure luck.

Slugma and Numel give 1 Sp.Atk EV too, they are pretty common at the volcano. Thanks for the gloom tip at night though, I was looking for another training ground!

Hey, I just got my Eevee here (oh god that railcave, to access it and to find the last room...!), and I didn't manage to get the Dream World ability (seems like it's bugged with wild and bred pokemon with 3 abilities ). So I sticked with Run Away and pretty insane IV. Since I had read this post beforehand, I was hoping I could choose between the DW or the normal ability on my Leafeon. But I can only get the normal ability (aka Leaf Guard) and can't get Chlorophyll, as normally expected. I'm leveling up Eevee either with a rare candy or an encounter but it always leads to Leaf Guard. So maybe there is something up with evolution stones. You should give it a second chance though if you have minable rocks left and want a non-dream world Vaporeon. I'm currently building a sun team (with drought ninetales), so I think i'll evolve my Eevee into a sunny day (when we get the TM) Umbreon and breed a dream world Eevee (=> Leafeon with Chloro) later when the issue will be solved.

A first encounter shiny Oddish in Pokemon Crystal, Ilex Forest. It joined my roster, and I evolved it later into Bellossom. That feel when you get a shiny lvl 20 Gyarados by fishing randomly in the Lake of Rage though. T.T I thought it was glitching or something but no, after that I caught the lvl 30 one, and had two shiny Gyarados...

Preparation: After using a non-damaging move that raises Atk or S.Atk (ex: Swords Dance, Nasty Plot..), amplifies the power of the next damaging move by 20%. Stacks up to two times. Relentless (edited, thx Maelstrom!): Each consecutive attack stacks 10% more damage. Reverts to 0 boost if non-attack move is used. Patience: Amplifies the damage dealt by moves like Mirror Coat, Counter, Bind, Metal Burst by 20%.

You can also get one with a lvl 31- 100 pokemon who has the Pick Up ability although it's pretty rare. I was kinda surprised when my Pachirisu gave me one. xD In the lvl 11 to 30 included it's replaced by King's Rock. Annnnnnd be right back farming King's Rock! By the way, does collecting the 28 Unown do something?

Zizagoon/Linoone can learn Covet by leveling in Gen 4 and 5 too. Also, Headbutt is in the moveset, and you can teach Strength (evolved)/Rock Smash/Cut/(Surf), then you can enjoy free healing items while battling.. Pretty neat HM carrier considering the lack of buyable Hyper Potions.
