  1. Kino (82/90) Enma (56/60) Wraith Howler 1 (9/9) Wraith Howler 2 (9/9) Enma attacks Tiamat, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to them, and marking them with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to them Enma's attack refreshes the Debilitate cooldown placed upon Tiamat causing his attacks to deal 20% less damage. Both summoned Wraith Howlers continue to attack Tiamat, each dealing 1d6 damage. If any die, Kino restores SYN/2 health. Kino performs Burial Rites at Tiamat, dealing 2d6 + INT(9) + 4 + INT/2 (4) damage to it and triggering the following effects: Entente of Malice restores both Kino and Enma's health by SYN/2 (4). If Tiamat somehow dies, she heals for the amount of damage she dealt them.
  2. Kino (72/90) Enma (60/60) Wraith Howler 1 (9/9) Wraith Howler 2 (9/9) Enma attacks Tiamat, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to them. Enma's attack refreshes the Debilitate cooldown placed upon Tiamat, causing their attacks to deal 10% less damage. Both summoned Wraith Howlers continue to attack Tiamat, each dealing 1d6 damage. If any die, Kino restores SYN/2 health. Kino performs Debilitate at Tiamat, dealing 3d6 + INT(9) + 4 damage to him and reducing their damage output by 10% for 2 turns. So long as Kino or Enma continue to damage Tiamat by any means, the debuff refreshes itself and stacks at subsequent uses of the same ability. Given that this is the second use of Debilitate onto the same target, Tiamat's damage output is now reduced by 20%.
  3. Venus (2/65) Venus is incapable of taking any action this turn due to the effects of Preparation, as, bearing with his wounds, and with some brief satisfaction of the shot he had just fired despite the grave risk, rushes to take any form of cover while doing his best to reload his gun for another round of (hopefully) non-suicidal fire.
  4. Kino (59/90) Enma (60/60) Wraith Howler 1 (9/9) Wraith Howler 2 (9/9) Enma attacks Gilgamesh, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to him, and marking him with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to him. Enma's attack refreshes the Debilitate cooldown placed upon Gilgamesh, causing his attacks to deal 10% less damage. Both summoned Wraith Howlers continue to attack Gilgamesh, each dealing 1d6 damage. If any die, Kino restores SYN/2 health. Kino performs Burial Rites at Gilgamesh, dealing 2d6 + INT(9) + 4 + INT/2 (4) damage to it and triggering the following effects: Entente of Malice restores both Kino and Enma's health by SYN/2 (4). If Gilgamesh dies this turn (lol not happening), Kino restores health equal to the damage she had dealt to Bel Lahmu B.
  5. Venus (24/65) The arrogant person had since transformed, something more fresh, more unusual, more...eldritch. It was a moment's respite and inspiration for the artist amidst his injuries, even under the awareness that the subject was of a massive threat to him and the group. And yet he couldn't help but marvel for a moment, before he eyed the final bullet in his gun, his tool of art, shivering in anticipation; and before him was the best target he'd likely could've asked for, one that he, admittedly, surely wouldn't mind if it would be his last. Perhaps his new form did look better to him; perhaps it was more befitting of him, his personality. But there was always room for improvement, even in the most perfect of things; perfection, after all, was never good enough, even for Venus. Venus fires a highly empowered Artful Flourish at the Tiamat, dealing 4d4 + level(5)+ INT (17) + DEX/4 (1) + 12 damage that always critically strikes.
  6. Kino (75/90) Enma (60/60) Wraith Howler 1 (9/9) Wraith Howler 2 (9/9) The sum of their enemies might have dwindled, but those fallen had quickly began to reform; this was not going to be an easy battle, as even Enma began to feel mildly intimidated by the scale of the battleground. There was an irony in Kino's mind, such that their enemies had the ability to reform from destruction in a similar way her spiritual horde of kin could, and how it was now seemingly pit against her. Regardless, there was little use in pondering any further over the situation; whatever advantage they could take they would take, and Kino began chanting an ancient spell or hymn of sorts as she waved her hands in a pulling motion, irking Enma slightly as she began to remove several of her kin from her, though the process caused her a similar amount of pain. The ghostly forms of the separated spirits screeched and wailed at their surroundings, awaiting their commands. "Come, my brothers and sisters," Kino muttered, as she finished her incantation. "We are in need of your aid." Enma attacks Gilgamesh, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to him, and marking him with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to him. Enma's attack refreshes the Debilitate cooldown placed upon Gilgamesh, causing his attacks to deal 10% less damage. Kino casts Voices of Resentment to summon two ghastly apparitions of her kin to fight beside her, dealing 5 damage to herself and summoning two Wraith Howlers. Two Wraith Howlers spawn from Kino and immediately rush to attack Gilgamesh, each deal 1d6 damage. If any die, Kino restores SYN/2 health.
  7. Venus tosses his spherical Curtain at Lesser Lahmu E, dealing 2d4 + INT (17) + 8 damage and causing its attacks to have DEX + SYN/2 + INT/2 chance of missing Venus (total chance: 16%)
  8. Kino (67/90) Enma (60/60) Enma attacks Gilgamesh, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to him, and marking him with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to him. Kino performs Debilitate at Gilgamesh, dealing 3d6 + INT(9) + 2 + INT/2 (4) damage to him and reducing his damage output by 10% for 2 turns. So long as Kino or Enma continue to damage Gilgamesh by any means, the debuff refreshes itself and stacks at subsequent uses of the same ability.
  9. Kino (58/90) Enma (60/60) It seemed swift that the lesser adversaries had been eliminated; something that eased Kino slightly as she still needed some time to recuperate from the separation, and the souls surrounding her and her family would appease the latter suitably. Entente of Malice's cooldown is refreshed due to the effects of Remnant. Enma attacks Bel Lahmu B, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to it, and marking it with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to it. Kino performs Burial Rites at the same Bel Lahmu B, dealing 2d6 + INT(9) + 2 + INT/2 (4) damage to it and triggering the following effects: Entente of Malice restores both Kino and Enma's health by SYN/2 (4). If Bel Lahmu B dies this turn, Kino restores health equal to the damage she had dealt to Bel Lahmu B.
  10. Kazuki "I'll use my Seals. I feel it's the best way to do so without making anything ugly," The words that came out of his mouth surprised him, even if a little; before any conversation could continue, however, the silhouette of the beast soon appeared before them, the air flowing toward him growing dense, the beast's gaping mouth releasing breath like a thick fog, making his "return" all the more eerie. The seal on his right hand throbbed amidst the danger, danger of both being held captive...and perhaps the danger of being in close proximity with the very Servant itself. "Stand down!" He mustered whatever strength he could in his voice and flashed his hand forward, attempting to put whatever sense of authority he could into the command. He had to be quick and the command needed to work -- it was likely enough that the beast would act, faster than his eye could follow if he wasn't careful enough.
  11. Venus (65/65) Venus fires Even Roses Have Thorns on Greater Lahmu B, dealing 4d4 + INT + 4 +5 damage (with 25% critical strike chance), and causing his attack to bleed Greater Lahmu B for INT over two turns as it is affected by a negative debuff.
  12. Venus There was a feeling of being offended at their new enemy; though Venus was quick to correct himself, knowing that attention is earned and not given, and he deemed himself one capable of doing that if it so suited him. To be bored is to be experienced; and to lack appreciation, and there was a gut feeling in him that the armored man had plenty of both such that it otherwise gave some threat to his seemingly obnoxious, almost comical arrogance. Nonetheless, It was a performer's duty to keep a client amused; whatever boredom that was to be ceased would be over with in due time, lingering before disappearing like the sparks of a fuse before the explosive finality. Venus fires Petal Hail on Greater Lahmu B, dealing 4d4 + INT + 2 damage (with 25% critical strike chance), and marking it; Venus' next damaging ability on Greater Lahmu B ignores damage reducing effects and deals level bonus damage. Relevant combat information(Don't mind the long stuff I'm going to copy paste this a lot for convenience anyway):
  13. Kino and Enma Kino (90/90) Enma (60/60) Kino had forgotten what it had been like to respond, if emotively, to personality and expression; even toward her lively, expressive sister and the cacophony bearing many more with her, Kino's barely beating heart remained tranquil and unswayed. To that, Kino had little response to the otherwise bumptious, seemingly royal-esque man that they were to fight. Ironically, Enma, too, did little to respond, perhaps a mix of respect, humbled by the predicament of her previous encounter, with possibly the slightest disgust or disdain despite that. There was no exchange of words for this fight, unlike the previous conversations that they'd had; they knew what they had to do, which is, as sisters, as a shepherdess and her flock, and as a family of souls, quash any obstacle in their path, whatever it may be. Kino chants an incantation that (if not for her spiritually cursed body) would be excruciatingly painful for the bearer, unleashing Enma at the cost of 25% of her maximum health, rounded down. Enma attacks Lesser Lahmu A, dealing 1d6 + INT(9) damage to it, and marking it with Entente of Malice, which will empower Kino's next attack dealt to it. Relevant combat information (Don't mind the long stuff I'm going to copy paste this a lot for convenience anyway):
  14. Tinkerbell The fairy's eyes, circles of horror and despair, widened and teared, in a mix of grief and anger; ignoring the enemy, she wanted to scream voicelessly; she wanted Peter to wake up in any semblance of miracle or belief, or hope. Feebly she could not even muster to strength to inch close; not even his shadow was there to aid her as it faded into the darkness of where his seemingly limp and lifeless body stood crushed and unmoving. Nor did Red's laughter help -- it was a joy derived from suffering, not a single shred of it genuine -- as her surroundings darkened even more, unable to keep her eyes awake for any longer; the pain of losing her friend and beloved was enough to kill the poor, emotionally driven creature if the poison would not. All she could do was delude that the world she was now in was prone to giving its inhabitants nightmares; nightmares nonexistent in their haven of Neverland, nightmares that would not exist if they were together -- could be together -- to wherever the two may pass beyond... Kazuki Relief slowly returned to Kazuki -- physically, though he knew not the implications of that beast finally arriving, so he remained nervous, slightly flustered at the premonition. He didn't really need a Command Seal for him to return at this stage, but he resisted the urge to plead or beg or scold the feral thing, not knowing if his captors would sense him doing it -- not like it would matter, if he thought it through, there was little chance of some turnaround especially with such an uncommunicative Servant, however. "I doubt I'm capable of that, considering our only introduction was just him grabbing me before running away," He uttered to Karsten. Though I guess I'd use a seal if necessary. Something seemingly resisted him from saying that out loud, Kazuki not knowing if it were spite, hate, frustration or fear -- or perhaps all -- that said so. Perhaps it was best to stay the feeble little lamb driven to a corner by the hungry wolves. "He's close -- very close. Whatever you intend to do with him I suggest you get ready with it," He tried to resist gritting his teeth as he resignedly informed his Servant's imminent arrival, not knowing what would happen next, if that thing, whatever it was would actually obediently sit still like a loyal dog to its master, even under such circumstances.
  15. Kazuki Amidst his ailing state, Kazuki suddenly felt better. It no longer hurt his body as much to attempt it -- and he would assume he was safe to bring his Servant in, though he decided to warn his assailants beforehand. He didn't want to take more of any attack or subjugation should his Servant arrive unannounced. "He's coming back," Struggling felt slightly more comfortable in comparison to the previous state that he had endured, somewhat, as he addressed Karsten. "Probably. He's probably inclined to come back, though I can't say how happy he'll be when it gets here." Peter Was this the end? Fighting against the strength of his assailant and the lingering pain from the impact, Peter responded with a snarl of his own, trying to get free in some semblance of form. Tink, too, struggled to aid her friend however she could, despite her helpless state. He ushered his shadow to take Tink away, to hide her somewhere -- anywhere -- so long as she would be safe. He would not beg -- he would not attempt to swindle his way out of it and whatnot. She was a beast in the skin of a little girl -- whatever sense of human that laid in the eyes on both master and wolf weren't there.
  16. Peter "Tch-!" Astonished by the sudden attack, Peter found himself trying to shake off the wolf's grip -- his shadow aiding him with it, though his attempt to keep himself aloft was short lived. No sooner he slowly got dragged to the ground despite mustering the strength to afloat, plunging toward the ground as he made an attempt to hack his assailant with his blade.
  17. Kazuki "I would if I could," he tried to manage through his subjugated state. It was the best logical course of action, though obviously it had been a bad idea with his captors eyes' on him, his only hope having been consent, consent that he might have just been given. It was hard for him to speak, and he wasn't exactly being treated that well either; nor would it exactly appear to the best result when the beast was to come before their eyes. "Like I've said earlier, what I've got is some feral beast. He just ran off after a not-very...polite introduction. More or less I don't even think it seems to care that...*cough* that I'm like this. I can't guarantee what happens if I do get him over here, telling you right now," Struggling to muster whatever strength he could on his marked hand, he hesitated waiting for an answer, not wanting to act out on his own accord and getting another bruise or worse. Peter Astonished by the speed of the wolf, Peter narrowly avoided the first attack, his best course action being to attempt to fly higher -- further -- such that he was at a height where the wold would had no real foundation to jump on. Had he bitten off more than he could chew? He couldn't have -- and he would fight to the end if need be. The wolf was a powerful opponent indeed, but one need aim only for the injured Rider to succeed, he presumed. Nevertheless, Peter had been pushed on the defensive as he continued in his airborne struggle to find some safety, knowing that it wasn't exactly wise to take a head on rush, especially given Tink's enfeebled state.
  18. Peter I stand corrected, he replied. It appears the little girl's fought back. I was about to kill our fellow Rider here, but now I have a walking Wolf Phantasm in my hands. What better way to fight if injured that to command someone to fight in your stead? Peter had knew this would come, but he'd conquered her even amidst her setup domain; Peter would not run. He could feel Tink tugging at his hair, knowing that she needed help; the Servant had inflicted a rather grave wound on her. Given that the snarling wolf before him was a Noble Phantasm, it would likely be as hard as it would its master to fight, and time was perhaps not something he could afford if his Pixie companion was his priority. Would she give chase if he were to retreat for Tink's sake? Or would she retreat alongside him, complacent with a stalemate? It would be a gamble. "To the skies!" He exclaimed, rushing toward the sky, primarily to see how she'd react, feigning another aerial assault from above. What came next would prompt his next act, as he urged Tink to hold on.
  19. Kazuki The Servant was taking a greater toll on his body that he'd imagined, and the fact that he was subdued, unable to do anything about the situation, didn't help that much either; the pain in his arm began to grow to excruciating levels, he heaved and collapsed further into the ground, trying to alleviate some of the pain by tightly clutching his burning skin. Whatever that beast was doing, it was going to be the death of him, he thought, not knowing if it had any semblance of notice that its Master was in danger, or that he simply didn't care so long as he had his share of the hunt. He wasn't that convincing earlier when he attempted negotiating. Whatever remaining attentions his mind could put onto his exasperation of his predicament were brief, as his breathing grew rapid and hoarse, struggling to even walk. There was only the sliver of hope that perhaps his captors, of all people, would aid him, if they wanted to use him. Peter I've got her now, He sent to his Master, as he readied himself in front of her weakened foe, despite her attempt at a last resort. While the opposing Servant had had the time to ready herself, Peter had collected the enfeebled Tinkerbell, who now stayed close to him, a faint glow hidden in his hat as she struggled. She just had to hold on. Tink will need help after this, but I've got her! Charging toward Red from their initial airborne condition, Peter and his Shadow attempted another pincer strike, each with a blade in hand; the Shadow lunged from the front while Peter took a longer dive above her, attacking from two different directions. They just had to make it in time.
  20. Peter It seemed that the girl was stubborn; there was worry for Tinkerbell, of course, but Peter had to focus on the opening he had in hand; though short of a fatal blow, his sword remained driven into her shoulder, and he was going to make sure it stayed the way, as he twisted the sword deeper within her, trying to reach deeper into her torso, trying to gain some semblance of damage. The strength of the motion threatened to cut off her right arm as it continued to gouge with her resistance, bloodlife flooding from it. Silently uttering some silent commands to his shadow who had briefly been knocked aside by Red's force, the shadow swiveled past Peter before knocking Red away from any semblance of matter she attempted to balance herself with, a glint following its movement as it closed in for another attack, the trio inching closer to the ground as they fell.
  21. Peter Surprised on the attack on Tinkerbell, Peter had already cleaved through the last of the cobwebs, only to discover a more gruesome scene: his companion captured, but also the perfect opportunity set out before him. He would not despair despite his worry; he would do what he must. They say a great offense can be a great defense; and he would protect his closest friend by killing a Servant it would be two birds with one stone. "It's now or never, Tink! Hang on!" He needed to trust her. Trust was what made flight, what made strength, and what made friendship. Lifting his sword, he chanted what he needed at times like this: Faith. Trust. Pixie Dust. His smile grew wider -- almost forcibly so -- as he forced himself to focus on the jubilee of an incoming victory, wanting to live in the moment than worry about what would come next; so his speed accelerated further, his descent ready to strike Red for a hopefully killing blow. With a heavy heave and as her wings disappeared, Peter's shadow grabbed hold of Red's insectoid form by her head and began to lift her into the sky; her light weight and small stature meant it took little effort, her occupied limbs meant that she had few to resist the shadow with especially with its form being intangible in certain areas, and Tinkerbell's close, albeit oppressed proximity to him meant that it had what it needed to sustain itself, notwithstanding Peter's naturally high Strength Parameter. The force of the shadow's pull would also attempt to resist Red's head from flexing enough to damage the struggling fairy, who writhed amidst its entrapment, unleashing small gusts of Pixie Dust at a desperate attempt to protect herself, be it via its magic or by camouflage or distraction. There was only one way Peter would play this game; his way. It was close to a do-or-die risk. Peter would run her through without harm to his shadow easily, unless she attempted to use her prey as a desperate shield. He needed to make this count, or it would be grave for Tink; but if he did, it would be a very good first result. The distance between them closed rapidly as Peter descended while his Shadow ascended with Red, both sides working coordinately to strike a fatal blow on his enemy.
  22. Kazuki Fear with disssatisfaction stirred within him again at his captors' actions. He heard the distinct clanging of metal when the bullet fired -- were they under attack? It meant a good and a bad thing -- primarily bad, he thought -- as he resisted the urge to protest upon being accused of an escape attempt. He felt like an insect in a spider's web, oppressed and trapped, unable to do anything. Peter Correction, master: not a girl with a wolf, at least not just that. The Servant's a living zoo wearing the skin of a little girl, rather, and we've decided to play each other's games. He reported, and while an undesirable task for him, he tried to reassure himself to be wary of, but avoid killing whatever animals he saw in sight -- hostile or not. They were innocent, unless they helped the girl willingly -- and Peter felt somewhat relieved at the sentiment of what would perhaps be his first victory of the night. For Peter Pan to murder a little girl in the middle of a war was quite the unsightly news; the fact that said girl was a compendium of beasts, her human skin that of a sheep's to a cunning wolf -- eased that quite plenty. Having wanted to avoid greed and to test the extent of the abilities Peter had expected little from his attempt; she would not fall to a strike of a sword if she were worthy and competent. At the same time, the more the girl exposed herself the more he learned; they say humans were the strongest beings, but clearly little it did to help her otherwise frail form. At her attempt to block him with webs, Peter responded with another look of surprise, withdrawing his dagger in hand to hack through through the silk with both blades. Assuming they held the qualities of that of an atypical spider it would only prove a minor nuisance; if Tinkerbell could free herself from webs easily with a couple of shoves Peter would take time, but would not be severely affected by it. Peter grinned at her attention to him as he attempted to cut his way through, however, an expression hidden from the rain and the wind; Tinkerbell and his shadow were more than happy to attack below her from where she fell, rapidly dashing toward her from their lower position, and while it would take Peter a while to adequately hack through the girl's attempt of slowing him down with his twin blades -- if not wait for a moment before they dispersed-- Peter and his party had Red locked in a pincer strike. Between the two occupied spaces and the narrow space of the alley she had attempted to catch him in, there was little room for escape. Righteous fury fueled by the pixie's previous anger made her glow brightly, allowing her to charge at her from quite a distance away from Peter's shadow at their simultaneous attack; both beings with their own powers and responsibilities in mind when they reached her.
  23. Peter Witnessing Red's increased altitude with an expression equal parts surprised and excited -- such that he forgot about his two allies momentarily -- it was Peter's turn to laugh. "Ha! What wonderful circumstances be this!" He exclaimed, rushing upward faster than before for yet another attack, taking aim at Red's left arm. The tide of battle grew more interesting; while he had courageously entered her setup domain, the girl now attempted to match Peter at where he was best -- in the air -- and with a pair of insect's wings, no less. Surely they provided some semblance of protection from the rain, and it also made her less vulnerable in the air; but it would matter little, or at least, Peter was confident of that. At the same time, it was clear that the little girl had some affinity with animals and creatures -- friends, she had deemed them. Would she follow her assault with a murder of crows, the likeliest avians to be present at this hour? Trying to fight Peter in the air was like trying to fight a spider in its own web; though he would still respect her speed, he had no doubt that he was faster -- would be faster -- especially with the adreanaline rush that was coming. The happier he was, the faster he was. And Peter found no greater joy that a good challenge, a good adventure. An opponent that could fly like he could.
  24. Peter Peter had been ready for the girl to strike, though Peter had not expected the unseen assailant who had been aiming for Tinkerbell from another direction; although Peter had rapidly flown out of range of Red's attack, Tinkerbell had not been so fortunate in evading her assailant as the cat's tackle managed to hit her on the side in mid-air, staggering her as she split away from Peter momentarily. Deciding to take advantage of their airborne situation, Peter quickly unsheathed his sword -- a blade around less than half his height with a golden hilt -- and lashed upward, attempting to strike the girl who had leapt to his range to attempt a first strike at a speed that rivaled her own. She had jumped higher than he had expected. Peter could entrust his Shadow with Tink's welfare for the moment as it rushed to collect the descending Pixie; he was confident that his companion would not falter so easily, especially at a girl who had angered her that much, and how she had held herself against creatures far greater before. He trusted the two could hold their own, knowing that neither of the Servants could avoid focus on anything apart from each other -- or at least he would make sure of it. The cat's descent from that height would be slowed from the lingering effects of Tinkerbell's dust that enveloped her that caused it to momentarily levitate; it was not something any of them would want to touch significantly. It was to be expected; he had arrived in a domain the girl herself had set up, like an insect blind to the fatal scent of the Venus flytrap. He would not run, though: Peter was no coward. He would let the battlefield shift naturally. It was just beginning, and he felt the thrill rise as he attempted his attack.
  25. Peter I assume you want me to fight her alone? Kill her, if necessary? Or do you have any other uses for a Servant like this? We're not playing though...yet. Peter found it odd that his Master had simply thanked him bluntly with no particular desire or order -- and this was from the man who reprimanded him for being unprepared for the war. No matter -- his attentions returned to the girl who greeted him equally flirtatiously, a pleasant response to the Servant. "But of course," He answered. "My name is but free for all women to call by its own sake -- especially one so charming as you are." Both sides had yet to strike; Peter disliked waiting games, but he somewhat enjoyed the newfound charade that had developed. Tinkerbell was already looking very poised to strike with this fellow attractive girl who had her master's attention, hidden behind him, but Peter urged her to wait, knowing that beneath the innocent facade there was something wrong about this girl; something ominous. Regardless, perhaps it was time to play his cards. Feigning a relaxed demeanor, perhaps in attempt to expose something from herself with it, he lay in mid air as if on an invisible bed and rose above the ground, stopping just shy of the tip of the building that hovered above them; he made his positioning closer to the nearby streetlight, revealing his volatile, independent shadow that moved dissonantly from his relaxed stature. He seemed to make the subtle impression that she would be disadvantaged at least in terms of sheer numbers; while they weren't as powerful as Peter himself, a lot of the enemy's Servant's strength came from her own wolf, too, a nice contrast to his own strength. It was unlikely that she'd successfully catch him off guard -- Peter lived for danger, and even if she did, it was unlikely that she'd land a fatal blow either. Somehow, it was going to very enjoyable battle. "Perhaps you'd prefer a more romantic setting, miss?" Not that Peter hated it, but the narrow space of the street would be no good place to start the inevitable clash that would ensue, wondering if she would if she would willingly give chase if he moved. "Or do you find such a place more suited to your tastes, dark and not so warm, like the forest? I could propose a better spot to consummate our fated meeting, if you would willingly take my hand." Amusing himself with the pixie's jealousy once more, he mockingly extended a hand from his unreachable distance, awaiting a response.
