  19. Burgh was tougher than I thought he would be. I assumed Bug/Grass the whole time, so I relied on Wayne, but then he threw out a Dwebble, who is Bug/Rock, so I had to quickly adapt, and send out Anubis. He quickly Force Palmed, and the Dwebble went down. Then when he sent out his Leavanny, I sent out Wayne again, only to have him faint from a critical hit! Luckily, I was able to knock it out with Steelball's Sonicboom. After recieving the Insect Badge, I went to the enterance to the next route, but was stopped by the weird man from before. He then brought me out to the route, and showed me how he had a device that moved some Crustle out of the way, then battled me with his steel Pokemon. It was an easy battle. After he left, I went along the route, and then to the Desert Resort. Don't know why it is called that, seeing it is not a resort at all, just sand everywhere. While I was there, I battled some trainers, and caught a Trapinch, which I named Jaws, and a Sandile that I named Croc. I finally went back to the route, then went to Join Avenue. As soon as I got into Join Avenue, I was hired to be the manager of the avenue. I then quickly sold a slot on the avenue to a man who wanted to open a restaurant. I then quickly moved into Nimbasa City. When I got into the city, I saw a girl talking to two men, one in a black coat, and one in a white coat. The girl asked me to join her in a battle with the two men, which I agreed to. After we defeated them, I joined her in the Battle Subway, where I got enough points to get a Water Stone for Vapor. I then left the girl (Her name was Rosa) and went to the amusement park, where the gym was suppose to be. While I was walking, I noticed that someone had dropped an item. Soon after I picked it up, someone called it, a girl named Yancy. I told her I would hold onto it until she was able to pick up. I then went on the roller coaster before challenging the gym. I had switched up my party a little before entering the gym, swapping Lillian for Talpidae. I have now defeated the three trainers before the gym leader. Wish me luck!
  20. Well, the gym battle was...easy. Bam, bam, Basic Badge. Thats all it took. So I then carried on to Virbank City, then, down to the complex where I caught a Magnemite (named Steelball) and found all the workers and battled them. Then, I challenged Roxie, which, with Steelball, was almost too easy. As I walked out of the gym with my Toxic badge, I was ambushed by a movie scout, who recruited me to replace an awful actor for a movie with the former gym leader Brycen! How cool is that! Afterwards, I went to the dock to catch a ride to Castelia City, but I had to help Roxie and Hugh catch some members of Team Plasma first. A merry chase around Route 20 took place. Finally, I was able to get on the ship and go to Castelia City. Once we hit land, I took a tour of the place, and I was shaken. I had never seen buildings so big! I did so many things there, I am just going to bullet point them: Got a massage Ran around the city finding clowns Battled a whole tower of trainers Got a Casteliacone Met the Name Rater Received a Bicycle! After all of this, I met a girl named Iris and told her about Team Plasma. She then told me to look in the sewers. I headed over there, and ran into Hugh. We searched the sewers together, battling a couple of trainers together, while also catching a Zubat named Wayne, before finding two Plasma members in front of a hole to what is apparently called Relic Passage. We defeated the two, then met the gym leader Burgh. We then parted way, with Hugh going back up while I stayed to talk to Burgh. All of a sudden, some weird scientist appeared, talked about strength, then left. Odd. Burgh then left, while I explored a little bit of the Passage, catching a Drilbur in the processed, who I named Talpidae. I then searched around the sewers a little more and found a secret garden, where I caught a Eevee that I named Vapor. Well, now I am off to challenge Burgh.
  21. Out on the road...feels great. I have never been outside Aspertia City before. Is it something new, something refreshing to my life. I continue down the road, then meet up with Bianca, who shows me how to catch a Pokemon. Thank god for the lessons, because I wouldn't have known what to do with a wild Pokemon. I then continue down towards Floccesy Town, hoping to run into some wild Pokemon, but no luck there. Just before I reach town, an odd man stops me. Apparently his name is Alder, and he offers to train me. I tell him I need to find Hugh first, at which point, he directs me to the ranch outside of town. Cool. I head to the ranch, battling some trainers on the way, until I reach the ranch. When I get there, I decide to do some training before finding Hugh. While doing so, I catch a Lillipup, who I name Lillian, and a Riolu, who I name Anubis. I quickly heal them up, then find Hugh, who challenges me to a battle. I easily beat him, then we get greeted by the owners of the ranch, who mention that their Herdier has gone missing. When Hugh hears this, he snaps at the owners, then runs off. Very odd. I offer to help the owners find their Herdier, which they agree to, then run after Hugh. A couple of battles later, myself and Hugh find the Pokemon with some weird man who claims to be with Team Plasma. I thought they were suppose to be in knight's armor, but whatever. He hands over the Pokemon, along with a TM, then runs off. After returning the missing Herdier, Hugh yells at the owners some more, then leave. Confused, I head back to Alder's house. He then has me battle two youngsters, who Anubis wipes the floor with. I then step outside, and bunp into a man in a lab coat. He gives me a medal case, then skedaddles off. Just as I am about to go after him, Alder comes out of his house, then tells me I should go and battle the gym in my hometown. Sounds like a good idea. Well, back home I go for a gym battle!

  23. Favorite Legendary: Cresselia. Why? Because it is a very graceful Pokemon. It also is willing to sacrifice itself for its companions, which is always impressive. Favorite Non-Legendary: Lucario. It always felt like an honorable Pokmon, and every time I have used one, it has always given me good results.
  24. Wow, I just found out from my mom that a friend of hers wants to give me a Pokemon! I am so excited, I am rushing out of the house to meet the person giving it to me. Apparently, her assistant will be thee. The girl's name is Bianca. Shouldn't be hard to remember, right? So, I head on out and immediately run into Hugh. Not a bad guy, but he can be a little smug, considering he already has a Pokemon. After a little chat, he decides to come with me as a pick out my Pokemon. So, we both then head to the overlook, which is where most people go to meet each other. Plus, it has a nice view. So we both head up there to meet Bianca. We find her looking at the view, as predicted, and I introduce myself to her. She seems very cheery. She then opens a capsule with three Pokemon in it. So I get a choice then, cool! After looking at each Pokemon, I decide on a Snivy. Why is that? Because it was the only one of the three that did not seemed scared of me, and I admire courage. After some more consideration, I decide to name him Natrix. After receiving my Pokemon, Bianca hands me a Pokedex. Very interesting device. Apparently, every Pokemon I encounter will be recorded in this device and have useful information about each one. After Hugh sees what I got, he goes up to Bianca and asks for a Pokedex as well! Something about it making his stronger. Very odd. He then challenges me to a battle. He sent out a Tepig, who me and Natrix beat easily, despite the type advantage it had. Apparently it did not know and fire-type moves at all. Hugh then runs off while myself and Bianca head to the Pokemon center, where she shows me around. She then gives me ten Pokeballs! Sweet! I then head outside, only to run into my mom and Hugh's sister, who give me a pair of running shoes and a map respectively. Time for my great adventure to start!
  25. So alongside my Heartgold nuzlocke, I am going to narrate a playthrough of Black 2 (basically adding in my own dialog). There are no guidelines to this, due to it not being any sort of challenge at all. Hope you all enjoy.
