If you're having trouble, first just find the path to the gate from the train. The retrace your path and switch the rails as you go.

Don't worry about the box man You haven't come to the scary part yet... It's best to find out for yourself though but don't be scared. And I'm sure you can make a thread about it if you want. Nothing is really stopping you and some people might find it useful.

I know there is another, but I don't know where it is. As for the mining kit, go in the staircase and when you get to the jumping part, stay left. A black belt will give it to you.

Someone took on the gym by only using kricketot and fury cutter and won. So, kricketot will be useful if you go that route. As for the scraggy, "Uh, Scraggy should be in the slums, if you go back there you should find it. I just checked my Scraggy and its location is 'Obsidia Slums Back Room', so it should be...in a back room, if that helps you any." - Ashka I hope this helps

It needs to be raining and it's by the first gym.

5% to get the item. 1/700 to get a shiny. I think Ikaru and Aizen reset 400+ times just to get the item for elekid and magby. Soooo if you really have time to waste then go for it.
