I know Shandera's a bitch and I hate him myself, but I don't really think he's quite Uber worthy. Once you've killed something, the opponent can easily bring in something to resist your attack, and get up a sub, set up, or whatever

On that note, my testing of Deoxys-S makes me think that we should let him be OU becausen he's too frail; you can give him bulk, but that takes away attacking power, which you kinda need to take on Mischievous Heart leads. And of course, pure attacking leads will destroy him regardless of bulk.

I think Mew and Latias are not the same Pokemon as Salamence and Garchomp. I'm not entirely sure though

Eh, Will's just weird But yeah, this place is far from the metagame, even back in 4th Gen. I find it rather surprising how much of Reborn greatlt dislikes Smogon(hate is too strong of a word :I). Not saying there aren't people who are the opposite, but still

Although it is based on usage, if a Pokemon is extremely powerful, or "good" in another way, people will probably use it, which gives the same result. However, when the Pokemon haven't been avaliable for very long, no one is really sure about this, and there's more random stuff, which decreases over time. I have no clue what happened to Celebi, but lack of Mew and Latias may be due to the fact that many people still consider them Uber, and just don't want to use them

Shandera pretty much going to become a part of life, but it's honestly not that broken. And there are some people who don't run Scarf Shandera, or Shadow Tag Shandera for that matter

Well, we decided Skymin(Shaymin-S) should be put into OU

Basically one of two things happen A. You get swept B. You find something to take the attack or revenge kill it Course, sweeps are far more common with Ditto in endgame, when their walls are weakened or fainted

Why shouldn't set up be powerful? There's plenty of priority and scarfers to check it anyways.
