Aren't you available to leave the Wispy Laboratory just so you can heal at Goldenleaf town or train? I could be wrong though...

It's great that we can have Greninja go both ways with the moves it has access to. While true that Greninja's attack stat isn't the better of the two, a physical set can still work based on nature and team needs. I carry a physical set on mine (Night Slash, Water Shuriken, Bounce, X-Scissor) and it has served me well despite the challenges of Intense Mode. Then again, it really does depend on what the team needs to be successful overall.

You can either PM me your deck on here or talk to me on DN. I'm not always on every night, but I am on right now and probably will stay on for the next half hour or so.

You have to keep practicing with your deck and learn to make the best plays when they count. If you feel that certain cards aren't working, take them out and put new ones in that might be better. I don't mind helping you if you would like.

It could be that Combusken is following its Omega Ruby/Aplha Sapphire learn set and not the X & Y moveset. Try getting Combusken up to 31 and check to see if it learns Bulk Up. Also as mentioned, Bulk Up is a TM.

I have to say, I'm impressed with some of the recent remodels you created Jan. They look more polished and detailed than their previous versions. Looking forward to seeing other remodels or whatever comes our way in v6.

I don't know if Sitrus Berries were available, but I also recommend Ampharos for Crawli's Gym. It getting Power Gem and being in the rain helps its case for Thunder if it has it. I used this combo alongside Empoleon to completely dominate him, even in IM.

Beach group from yesterday; Arial "I hope so too," Rene said as he overheard Arial talking. "Despite our outcome yesterday, I still want to check out the beach for any sort of clues. However, I do think we need to be more cautious in case the police are around still." Rene paused before continuing, "Perhaps we ought to cover more ground as well should the beach not yield anything to us. Maybe not today, but as the rest of the week carries on."

I unfortunately have to do the same. I'm not sure what I'm missing, but it's starting to bug me at this point. I would appreciate any help via PM as well.

I think taking it at a slower pace for now is better. It'll give everyone a chance to do what they need to do.

(Previous day's beach group) Rene was none too happy after he got home yesterday. It wasn't because of being in trouble, but the fact that nothing went as planned. Rene's parents weren't too hard on him, but they did ask why they received a call from the authorities. After an hour long talk about what went on, why he was there, and what he wanted to accomplish, the family came to a mutual understanding of Rene's intentions. At the end of the conversation, his parents told him to be careful and not to get involved with the authorities again. Otherwise there would be even more trouble than what happened last night. The thought of not being able to get anywhere yesterday was really on Rene's mind all day long. He barely tuned into the day's lectures and all he could think about was just getting more information on Mr. Tenjo's death. With the end results, he felt like he not only failed himself, but almost failed Jack. Rene knew that if he could not find anything or at least do something to help out, he would not feel confident to one day find out what caused Jack's death. This was something he promised to himself and would always be reminded of it every time he would look at some of Jack's cards, but Dark Rebellion most of all. When it was lunch time, Rene let out a big sigh as he felt more depressed with yesterday's turn out. He quietly and quickly ate his lunch not wanting to notice anything else that was going on. Once finished, he took out his Duel Monsters deck and thought long and hard about his day's choices. He thought to himself, 'Perhaps I should change up a few things here and there...It might be time to use a few more Synchros than Xyz Monsters here. I wonder if anybody would be willing to have a duel to temporarily take our minds off yesterday...' Rene looked around the room to see if anyone might have had their decks out just like him, but if not he would keep them aside. When he could get a chance however, he said to yesterday's group, "I feel really bad about yesterday...Not only with regards to not finding out anything, but getting in trouble with the police there. If we can't get anything at the beach, where else could be look for information? The pier? The Park?" Rene hoped someone might have an answer or an idea of where to go, but only time would tell if anyone was interested in talking about it.

I'd have to say my most annoying battle is with Marianette. That battle on Intense Mode made me use tempo tactics more than I'm used in Pokemon games, but the challenge that Intense Mode brings is well worth figuring new things out.

It'll be interesting to see how things pan out for E15. I'm eventually going to tackle the game as a whole once it's completed and see every change differs from playing each episode when it's newly released. Nonetheless, I'm excited to play E15 when it is released.

While searching around for the supposed Odd Key in Narcissa's Gym, I unfortunately got stuck by this glitch down below. I think I remember someone posting about this elsewhere, but I don't remember if a solution was posted to getting around it. I would be appreciative if anyone can help me. Thank you. Game.rxdata

(Beach Group) Rene was in "shelter mode" as Officer Flagstarr was yelling at the group. The one thing that he did not like about himself is that he would bottle up whenever he was being yelled at by someone. There wasn't much he could really do with the situation at hand and immediately turned timid while he heard Flagstarr yelling at all of the civilians to clear from the beach. While he was feeling this way, there was a small thought rambling through Rene's mind about what might have happened at the beach. He wondered if there would be some way he could still explore the beach, but possibly attack it from a different angle... He turned towards the group when Flagstarr wasn't looking directly at them and whispers, "Do you think we can still explore the beach if we approach from a different spot? Perhaps we might need to look at this from a different angle if Office Flagstarr won't let us do anything right now?"

(Beach group) Important Action - Start Exploring the Beach "Woooooooooooah!" Rene screamed at the top of his lungs when Arial decided to ride onto the beach with her scooter when it created a cloud of sand for the others to escape. Clearly he wasn't expecting Arial to dash in, but he knew the importance of getting onto the beach was much higher than just trying to wait it out. Rene knew that Lisa had mentioned that the archaeologist should have been here today and that was what he was hoping to see. While he was still on the scooter, he could Arial screaming, perhaps playfully taunting, at the others. Rene didn't say anything to it, but when he came to a stop he tried to regroup himself. He then said aloud, "I...wasn't expecting that..." Rene spent the next moments taking a few deep breaths to calm himself down. When he actually collected himself, he took a quick view of the sand around him and not when may have been in front of him. For a moment, it took him to the last time he visited a beach...He quickly smiled before coming back to his senses and wanting to start exploring the beach and seeing what was going on. OOC: I'll explain more about Rene's last visit to a beach either later or in my next post.

I apologize for the long wait on my last post. At least I can say that there is a group heading off to the beach now.

(Arial; Important Action - Head to the beach) Rene began to wait for a bit to see if anyone else was going to take the bus with him. He was going to be fine if no one came as he could easily just go on his own, but he would still prefer to go with someone in the end. It was about five minutes before the bus would come and Rene was turning back towards the school to see if anyone was coming. He thought to himself, 'Did they find their own way to go? I know Arial has her scooter and someone else could have a bike or something.' Rene sighed and sat down on the bus stop bench. He took out his deck once more and looked through the Extra Deck making sure he wanted to use the 15 cards that were there for the day. Rene always kept his deck, Extra Deck, and a few other cards with him in case he ever needed or wanted to be part of a duel. He looked at some of the Xyz Monsters and thought that they were okay. He then turned his attention towards his Synchro Monsters. 'Hmm...everything looks alright. Sometimes I wonder if there is more I can do with these cards...' Before he could even think about the answers to that statement, he saw Arial pull up on her scooter. She had yelled out to him and asked him if he needed a lift to the beach. Apparently the others somehow did find their own way after all. Rene quickly put his deck away, came over to Arial, and said to her, "Sure! I'd rather not have to go alone if I don't have to." That said, Rene hopped on Arial's scooter and headed off to the beach to resume finding information on Mr. Tenjo's death.

(Arial, Ken, Roy, Arthur, Zander) "Sounds like a plan," Rene said as Zander and Arthur came to an agreement. "I'm going to start heading over there right away. I'll take the bus and meet any and/or all of you at the beach. If any of you want to come on the bus with me, I'll pay for the fares." That said, Rene left the classroom and the school. Outside of school, while waiting for anyone else to come, he quickly took out his D-Pad and started to call home. He would explain to his parents that he was going to hang out with a few of his friends from school for a little while and be home in time for dinner. His mom told him to have fun, but be careful in case there is any dangerous activity. Rene agreed and hung up. There he waited to see if anyone would go with him on the bus before the bus came to pick him up.

(Monologue, then to Arial, Arthur, Ken, Roy, and Zander) The bell had sounded...ending many a classes where students were rushing out the front doors to get on with the rest of their day. Some were probably excited while others may just have been down or not caring so much at all. Whatever the case, the rest of the day was on their horizon and in their very own control. That's what Rene was feeling as the bell rang signaling the end of his last class. He quietly packed up his books and was antsy in wanting to get to the beach to continue exploring for clues behind Mr. Tenjo's death. Whatever he could find there, if anything at all, may be worth it to him and the rest of his class. Knowing that, Rene was pump and excited to finally start exploring the beach. While gathering the rest of his things, he thought to himself: 'I wonder what we'll end up finding at the beach...I know Arial and a few of the others want to head over there today, be it for the same or different reasons. I really want to know if there is anything related to Mr. Tenjo's death there, but what really gets me going is what Lisa had said to us last night. Supposedly there was going to be an archaeologist there and based on what Arial and I found out at the museum yesterday, we might just be able to piece some clues together. If those visions we experienced had any connections to what we have been theorizing, then any new info would be greatly worth the trip. Just being able to know what happened is a big part of the battle...whether or not all of us could actually do something remains to be seen. Jack...' At the end of his thought monologue, Rene thought about his cousin once more and carefully looked at Dark Rebellion once more. He knew that he needed to have a strong resolve in order to find out what happened with Mr. Tenjo as he wants to eventually do with Jack's situation. With that in mind, Rene put Dark Rebellion away and put his backpack on. He went over to Arial, Zander, Roy, Arthur, and Ken and said to them, "I'm going to head over to the beach right away to see if anything's going on. I'm curious to see what the archaeologist who is supposedly there might know about everything we talked about today. Does anybody want to come with me now or should we just meet up there in an hour or so?" Rene waited for a response before we walked out of the classroom.

@Tomas: I hope things turn out well for you and your family. I send out my condolences to your grandfather as well. Take the time you need to and we'll keep things going here the best we can. @Dobby: I don't think we should have a problem with keeping this going. Just take your time getting things going and don't try to do too much at once. I'll post in the At School Topic if I feel the conversation between my group is still going on. Otherwise, Rene will leave as the school day officially ends.

(Arial, Roy, Zander, Ken, Arthur) Rene had been minding his own business for a bit while the others were conversing, but his attention spiked up a bit when Zander made his entrance into the conversation. Zander had mentioned something regarding a daydream and was curious about what Rene and the others were discussing. It got to the point where he was describing what he saw and it was similar to what Rene had experienced too. Rene said to Zander, "What you just said was very similar to what I saw too...I think it was warning us about the destruction of something, but it wasn't pretty. I'm starting to think all of us shared a similar experience there."

(Ken, Arial, Arthur) "Thanks," Rene said warmly with a smile as both Ken and Arial comforted him. Rene took the lollipop Ken had offered him before and set it aside to help him remember that there are those that do care and will listen. He serenely said afterwards, "I know it's a lot to bare, but I'll get through it one way or another. I'd be content once I can find an answer to what really caused everything to happen then. For now, let's focus on the matter at hand..." Rene paused to listen to what Ken and Arial were discussing. When he had the chance to voice his opinion, he said, "I'm not sure how it may related to this Izanami or who may be causing it, but someone obviously is. If we end up part of this somehow...we'll need to make sure we're extremely careful and up to brush on our dueling skills and whatever else may be needed."
