      I wouldn't say that's an apt comparison; because a military life is still very different from a civilian life.

      That's not really a fair comparison. We're one of few, if not the only place in the world where this type of thing is a problem.

      We're worried about having our freedoms defended; well perhaps we should look a little closer to home.

      the possibility to be fired for any reason an employer can make up; there's no way to justify this kind of thing.

      I had a friend fired last year for not coming in to work on Black Friday because her child was in the hospital.
