  1. Election Day is basically Judgment Day at this point, one winner will start the next World War; the other might actually bring upon some positive change. But, you know, blind ignorance and general stupidity make it plausible that a monster who could very well start World War Three winds up as President.

      Trump would have the authority to go to war without the input of congress.

      That is one of the powers of the President of the United States. One man, is a threat,

      That's like saying Hitler was not a true threat. And, his supporters and the people who will follow him in to power will create more issues.

      And, on the subject of him being the lesser of the two evils; that is one of the most ignorant things I have read all night.

      The president cannot declare war. It is congress that does the declaration. That being said, I have no idea why people would want Trump representing America to the world. The President is the face of America.

      The Commander-in-Chief has the power to send troops to battle without an official declaration of war from congress.

      So, essentially, he can declare war; just not officially. Vietnam is a clear example of this power.
