Real question; I have Majora's Mask on Wii Virtual Console. If I buy a Wii U, can I sign in with the same Nintendo Account, and get that game on the Wii U? I really, really don't want to lose my Majora's Mask, or Mario Kart 64.

You can't redownload something if you downloaded it on the wii iirc. However, you can copy the wii virtual console game to an SD card and then use the transfer channel thingy to have it on both. The only thing to really worry about is gamecube controllers because they won't work on the Wii U except on smash bros so far.
