i play mtg lol. i play edh, modern, pauper, and a fuckton of limited. i have a handful of decks but the one's i play with the most are melek storm (edh), selvala midrangey-draw stuff (edh), damia elfball (edh), grixis delver (modern), esper combo (pauper [rip original deck but with peregrine drake being common in ema it'll come back ~maybe~]), boros kitty (pauper), ub delver angler (pauper), and i have like most of an esper control deck in standard lol out of all of these i probably play the selvala deck the most. it's also the deck ive dumped the most time/money into. not even going to imagine foiling it out yet because some of the cards are reaching my price limit unfoiled x_x

i do agree that making it mandatory is a bit lame and having it be a recommended thing would be better

kam it's standard procedure in like every team tour to submit teams before you play for any number of reasons not only if someone is breaking a rule : (

imho nas paved the way for a ton of rappers today. vic mensa, kendrick, action bronson, j cole, and killer mike all draw influence from nas and illmatic. a lot of rappers that were around before nas have a pre- and post-illmatic style. ive heard it's most apparent with jay z but i havent cared enough to compare his older stuff to his old stuff lmao damn do i love nasty nas
