In this theme tour, only pokemon who are one type can participate. Some examples of pokemon with only one type are typhlosion, sceptile and hitmonlee. Greninja should be suspected because it's only pure counter in OU is Chancy. This makes it especially hard for bulky offensive teams to beat it since they either have to predict one hundred percent against it or sack pokes while trying to figure out what set it is. This makes the game more luck based and less skill based and why I believe that it should at least be suspected from our competitive OU tier. Other pokemon can also run gimmick sets but what separates them from greninja is that even with the gimmicks they still have plenty of counters. Metagross preforms the same way that greninja does in that it can run many diverse moves and only has few "pure counters". I also think it should be suspected maybe after the ruling on greninja is finished. Low kick variants, which are starting to be common, can easily beat empoleon. As for your second statement, Reborn is a community and that is what keeps the people here together. We are not outright copying smogon and it is not our fault if smogon also decides to ban the same thing that others here have felt was a problem. How does metagross / heatran check greninja? If the greninja is running hydropump/lowkick and dark pulse (which is both common and viable) than that "combo" falls apart. I know you stated that you have won many tours but you fail to notice why greninja was becoming such a big problem in the first place. It got access to gunk shot and low kick. You stated that the mix set makes greninja not as destructive but really all the attack eves that greninja need to assure critical one hit kos and two hit kos on switchs is fourty. That means its special attack is only ten points lower than it normally would be if it was just an all out special attacker which is not much of a difference. I don't think crobro is much of a problem either but it can't be tricked.

In stall you are trying to make sure that all your members are alive so that they keep tanking and whittling down opposing pokemon. If you are going to have a forretress in your stall team, which I already think is a bad idea given the amount of bulkier defoggers who can recover their own hp and better spinners (tentacruel), don't make it explode. This same theory applies to heatran who should be holding leftovers to get more passive recovery and not trying to dodge eq on a balloon.

Team does not seem that bad. Your team is weak to latios and latias draco spam so I agree with magus to give bisharp pursuit so that you can revenge kill them more easily. You do have one knock offer but having another one should not be that detrimental to your team. Also, if you are going to run facade on Conkeldurr, I feel like you should also run guts on it to give it an even bigger boost and to also counter opposing rotom-w a lot better. You mentioned that you had specs rotom-w so that you can deal with heatran better but, even without a specs, a bulky rotom-w can also easily beat a heatran 1v1. I would suggest getting rid of the spec and giving it some bulk just so that you have another check to talonflame and also so that it can beat other variants of heatran. Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 HP / 116 SpD / 140 Spe Calm Nature - Volt Switch - Hydro Pump - Will-O-Wisp - Pain Split Is the set that I recommend. The speed eves are there to beat other base 100 speed pokes who are not invested at all in speed. As for latias, I think ice beam seems a bit redundant when draco meteor already hits dragons and should one shot most lando-t / gliscor set (plus you already have hp ice on Thundurus). If you are going to run wish on latias, then also give it protect so that it has a reliable way of healing itself if it has too (instead of ice beam).

I am pretty sure that mega gengar is banned in OU (maybe even uber in PO) Why does greninja have 30 ivs in some stats if it does not have hidden power? Give it 31 ivs for all its stats except for its attack incase you get hit by foul play. Also since you are only running three moves instead of four moves expert belt will not be as useful (since there is not as much coverage) so I recommend giving it a life orb instead. Shadow ball > Nightshade on gengar. You should only give nightshade to pokemon with low attack stats since it only does 100 damage every turn. Scizor Aeiral ace > acrobatics + item excadrill earthquake > drill run

I feel like if greninja is not a problem in this meta that we could also unban deo-s. Imo it is less broken than greninja as deo-s does not have a diverse movepool plus its offensive stats are no where as good as protean greninja. suspect deo-s as well.
