The Community Rules page has been updated for clarity (using hover text of course, that's all we know how to do) so everyone should check it out and make sure you're all clear on the details.
Along with scroll tags, spoiler tags should maybe also be added to the "no long signatures" rule, especially since a lot of people keep asking about spoiler tags in other contexts as well. IMO
