I Shot the Seraph

Started playing this game last month and am barely on the forums yet to avoid story spoilers. can anyone please tell me where the above item is located or the steps to getting it?

Thankyou, that solved it. I thought it may have been a move affecting the field like when I darkened a gem cave to get a specific wild pokemon but couldn't figure out the moves that would do the job.

I have spotted something on Route 4 and have tried a couple of things but don't know how to activate the event. I found an old campfire site, when I interact with it, it says "something glimmers in the cinders of the campfire, but it's impossible to pull out. Perhaps a spark would draw it out?" Since I have no idea what this event is, I don't know what to ask or how to tag it or even if there's a spoiler involved. I've tried using electric and fire moves, including running back for a Pokemon with ember and another with spark. Can anyone help? This is my first playthrough of any chapter of Pokemon reborn and i've done it mostly blind.

Found the Makuhita, the elevator on the left hand side has a passage, you can find it in the room there.

I have seen that there is meant to be an event makuhita in the slums on B1F that appears at anytime but requires pokesnax. I'm looking for it now, if I find it, i'll send a screenshot of the location.
