Archeops can steamroll just about everything in that point. Seriously. It has Rock Slides for Charlotte and Ciel, and Acrobatics spam for Samson. Can't go wrong with it if you use it right. -
kinda surprised that half if not most of my favorite pokemon are actually part rock type. shuckle, carbink, diancie, tyrantrum, barbaracle, archeops... the list goes on and on

Head smash probably will be ok against normal offensive stuff, but anything that resists rock, has a defensive boost from a field, or is PULSE2'ed in the later sections (252 EVs in every stat) probably has a decent chance at living an unboosted hit if it's a mon with a bit of natural bulk. certainly enough for 1v1 matchups, but if trying for actual sweep, that seems fairly easy to stop.

HP by fishing on murky waters, likely Grimer. DEF is by using rock smash on the Pyrous Mountain rock pillars. SPDEF is in the hidden alcove in Chrysolia Forest. I am unsure about the rest.

Whoa. That 31 IVs alone is guaranteed to reduce tedium involved with soft-resetting. Definitely useful for speedrunning indeed. Thank you so much! The psychic part is definitely interesting, but Psychic types in general are busted in Reborn, so it's not an unfounded sentiment. May I ask though if it includes stuff like the egg you get from the Slums? Does it guarantee either Bronzor or Drowzee? Thank you once again.

Saw from an npc in the Obsidie Pokemon Center that inputting the earlyincu password gives early access to the so-called incubator, but how do I actually use it? Can it be used to instantly hatch any eggs, like the Bronzor/Drowzee/Ducklett egg you can get from the Slums? Thank you.

You can activate passwords on any PC so long as you have a Data Chip in your inventory. Not sure about deactivating though.
