Okay, I didn't really know where to post it sorry. And I read the book already, before posting. Were talking about the magazine with the pages ripped out correct?

I'm very lost, and spent approximately 3 hours looking for a solution. I was told to go beat Samson and return to Tania and Amaria for Surf. I did that and when I got there, Tania stated that Amaria went for a walk and that she was going to go look for the HM in the back. I waited, and waited and then just started to go around the area that I'm limited to (Route 2 and the Circus). After walking around and going back to the Fiore Mansion frequently, I decided to give up and search around for help. I haven't found a topic so I'm just posting my own. Please help.
