This is the one I use... and piss some people off with. I use her as a lead she'll keep the lead in place and if it's a set up lead like Ferrothorn you can taunt it and be like "NO STEALTH FOR YOU!" and even if it's a dragonite it guarantees he'll only be able to use one dragon dance and with Gothitelle's bulkiness it can survive enough to toxic it before you switch out to a better defense or just to kill it >3 slowly while you stall it out. Charge beam is great for Skarmorys and it can only get stronger. Charge beam vs Calm Mind is whether you want that extra umph in the special defence against special attackers or if you want an attacking move that can get stronger and make your other attacks stronger as well. Shadow Ball vs Energy Ball though neither of them get STAB Shadow ball is only not effective against normal types and energy ball is not effective with Pokemon who have Herbivore (which not many <<) and as you use charge beam/calm mind they get stronger and both have a chance to lower the opponents special defense so lol. I approve.

Tickle drops 1 each, charm drops it 2 stages.

Plus you're a special attacker while psycho shock does hit phys defense, it's mainly there for things like blis/chancey.

Back again with my gurllll Gothitelle! This is a weather trapper set made for the purpose of taking out those including but not limited to Politoed, Tyranitar and to a much lesser extent, Ninetales. The EVs here are enough to out speed BulkyToed and the rest is dumped into HP and SAtk(Packing the modest nature for a little extra power). If you couldn't already guess.. Psyshock for Tales + STAB, Tbolt for Politoed, HP Fighting for Ttar(it needs to be weakened though) and Psychic for Hippowdon and more STAB. More coverage isn't really necessary since it's only objective is to take out the opponents weather BUT you can alter the set according to your team's needs. Like.. say you're running a Ttar. You can change the Hidden Power to Ice and replace Psychic with Shadow Ball.
