0 Cepheus Posted June 24, 2014 Share Posted June 24, 2014 If you look closely the "Mega-Blastoise" is a shiny... there is that lttle Star next to it's healthbar. Therefore it is not a Mega-Pokemon, but a screwed up shiny-sprite, or intentionally replaced to tease us / to 'fake' this (I'm looking just looking both ways...) and since it's Level 60.
