I’m part way through chapter 15, so it’s possible some of these questions will answer themselves, but from asking around the Discord it seems others are confused as well. We first see Allen and Alice in ATEBIT, and we leave Karen with them. Then we later see them in the flesh, seemingly working for Puppet Master. When they’re hurt in an explosion, they’re put in stasis pods, but aren’t fully healed. So then, how are they simultaneously trapped in ATEBIT, but also fighting their ATEBIT selves in their normal human bodies? And on that note, how did their human bodies escape ATEBIT before we reach the pyramid? How do they even fight them if they’re supposedly deeply wounded and in stasis pods? I don’t get it at all, and this is the only time I’ve been seriously confused about the game’s plot thus far. If anyone has an answer to any of these then please let me know.
