Question: Does relearn all just not work anymore?

So I noted after giving three heartscales to the move relearner that there doesn't seem to be a way to actually access the moves in question.

 

Learn only let you teach tms. And doing remember all actually locks you out of actually being able to relearn anything because the move relearner.

 

I wondered if it was intentional or not. Or if there is an hidden menu to do it.

 

Edit: Found it, you just need to press the left/right arrows on the learn menu.
