gianninissimo Posted 8 hours ago Share Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Hi, I'm new here, I'm currently playing rejuvenation (13.5) and I've started act 6 I was questioning myself on how make my Pikachu stronger in battle, I'm not talking about stats Ev/Iv or moves, more like instrument that can help a (almost) base stade pokemon like to be a serious resources in my team. Ofc I DON'T want to evolve him in Raichu. Do we have in this game some instruments that make base stade pokemon stronger?
