New Department Store - Late-game items - Many Pokemons - Re-Fight all main story bosses at will (v13.5)

Hello, Nadrel here.

 

I wanted to share my sandbox mod as an end of year gift.

You can download the Zip file available at the end of this post.

 

Basically, this mod adds a new area under the Oceana Pier Gate with the following:

- Department-store with most of the game items (including crests, Mega-stones and TMs).

- A Tutor Room with most of the game's moves.

- A Doll Store with a lot of possible pokemon to pick (max IVs).

- A Combat zone where you will be able to fight all major bosses of the game (including a gauntlet mode)

- Most Services in the game (Hairdresser, Pension, etc.)

 

Pokemon available in the store:

- All starters

- 6 Pokemon of every type (+ their regional forms)

- Every Aevian pokemons (I think)

- Additional pokemon in the random box: Voltorb, Qwilfish, Swinub, Kangaskhan, Zangoose, Castform, Lillipup, Fomantis, Bounsweet, Darumaka, Gossifleur, Bellsprout, Magby, Remoraid, Carvanha, Elekid, Tynamo, Helioptile, Toxel, Hippopotas, Rolycoly, Mawile, Purrloin, Skrelp, Snom, Bergmite, Amaura and Noibat.

 

Installation:

Download the file in this post.

Extract it.

Paste the map068 file in the Data folder for the game.

Replace previous File

 

Compatibility:

Compatible with anything that doesn't modify the Oceana Pier Gate or the IDs of items and trainers.

 

Warning:

Save before using! 

There is a ton of events in this map and I haven a lot, but maybe not all. If I misspelled something somewhere, this will crash your game when trying to use this specific function. 

 

Changelog:

1.1:

-Removed a condition that prevented tutors from appearing before Akuwa Town was restored.

 

Version 14?

This will only work in V14 if Oceana Pier Gate is not modified.

If some items are deleted, this could also cause crashes when trying to buy them.

 

Permissions:

It's just a mod for fun, so feel free to do whatever you want with it. No need to ask me for permission.

Everything is working fine I do seem to have one issue the room I assume is the tutor room to the far right is completely empty

Ahhh I think I found out the problem I was trying to use it on the lawds mod and I guess they edited the trainers that are supposed to be in that room in a way that it’s not showing them all I want is tailwinds lol but good mod dude appreciate the work and post

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you're enjoying it.

It's still a bit weird that the sprites don't appear for the characters with LAWDS so I might check this mod later to understand why.

 

Also, Tailwind is available with the old man tutor on the sofa on the upper left side of the room.

So, apparently, I forgot to remove a condition preventing the tutors from appearing before Akuwa town is freed. So they didn't appear on new games, sorry.

This is now corrected and I'm 99% sure there should be no incompatibilities with any of the main Rejuv mods.
