Is the Magmarizer no longer in the evolutionary item shop as of E6?

I feel stupid asking this. I've played this game over and over, but I've never used the Magby line until now. Every source I have says I can buy Magmarizer at the Evolutionary Item Shop, but those sources are in E5. Did they remove it, or am I missing something? 100% completed the quest.
