The puzzle in Blacksteam Factory (the pokemon one)

I am at my wit's end to figure this out Edit: The pokemon puzzle is an abra,loudred,vanillete,maukita, cynquill,jillypuff,and the licktung one

You need Loudred to make you go deaf, then get Jigglypuff to lure the Meteor grunt to sleep, then talk to the abra and send the cyndaquil in front of the bars and let it heat the bars, then use Vanillete to freeze the bars, then use Roggenrola to use Rock Blast on the bars.

Note, you have to get those 3 Pokemon in front of the bars.

And as for Lickitung and Makuhita, there is a Ditto.

Get that Ditto above the Lickitung cage and it'll give you a rare candy. Get it above Makuhita to use Close Combat and the Ditto is yours if you want it.

You can move Jigglypuff to an area where the guard will hear it, but Abra won't...

That's probably because it's disguised as another Pokemon...? There are two cages stacked one on top of the other with the same Pokemon in them. I believe it starts off as Vanillite?
