Slicster Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 (edited) You need Loudred to make you go deaf, then get Jigglypuff to lure the Meteor grunt to sleep, then talk to the abra and send the cyndaquil in front of the bars and let it heat the bars, then use Vanillete to freeze the bars, then use Roggenrola to use Rock Blast on the bars. Note, you have to get those 3 Pokemon in front of the bars. And as for Lickitung and Makuhita, there is a Ditto. Get that Ditto above the Lickitung cage and it'll give you a rare candy.
