I at least wanted to try and knock this one out before asking for help but I sincerely got no idea where this thing is supposed to go.

I had trouble with it too.

 

you first move the statue to here:

 

And then interact/push it right multiple times until the ladder goes underneath the red spot (leave the room multiple times to check the ladder position)

and then move it up into the red spot

Also the statue doesn't necessarily need to physically move, meaning that if you "push" it in one direction but there's a flower pot in the way, the statue cannot go where you pushed it - but in the other room, the ladder will still move 1 field in that direction. Just a fyi
