sorry for the alarming title. Its just that i was starting a new file and im at the underroot. I was trying to fish a chinchou. After 20 soft resets or what, i cant seem to find myselft a chinchou with an ability OTHER than illuminate. I really wanted volb absorb or even water absorb. I just what to know if they are banned or THE TWO TILE OF WATER is corrupted?
