Multipleforms.rb vs PokemonMultipleForms.rb

As the title suggests, i am unsure which .rb file needs to be edited in order to add pokemon into Reborn.

So far, i've only used the MultipleForms.rb file to add new forms to the game, which has worked out properly. However, I recently found the PokemonMultipleForms.rb file, which i have not edited.

 

So, which of these files should i be editing? What are the differences in both of them? and if i were to edit them both, would they contradict?

MultipleForms, i think.

PokemonMultipleForms is almost entirely dummied out as of e19.
