Dubious Disc post-Terra

Hi everyone!

 

I'm doing my first run-through of Reborn and am trying to complete the Pokedex. I'm at the point in the game where it seems I can access all pokemon except legendaries (pre-badge 17). I've read that the only way to obtain a Dubious Disc is in the Glitch World which is now inaccessible. Is there another way to obtain one? Thanks!

The only other Dubious Disk is found on Floor 11 of the Department Store, you will need ten stickers.
