Hi everyone! I'm doing my first run-through of Reborn and am trying to complete the Pokedex. I'm at the point in the game where it seems I can access all pokemon except legendaries (pre-badge 17). I've read that the only way to obtain a Dubious Disc is in the Glitch World which is now inaccessible. Is there another way to obtain one? Thanks!
