It's Mega Form should also have a different ability; Strong Jaw is great for a physical attacker, but if you're running Seviper as a special attacker, then it gets no mileage whatsoever from its ability. The spreadsheet says that they’re available from the lady in Seacrest’s building in Peridot Ward, but I have already bought all the TMs from her, so I assume the spreadsheet is wrong.
