Mega ring troubles

I've purchased all the pokemon from 7th, but i cannot find Arc. I read somewhere that he's supposed to be in the nightclub, but ive checked there as well as in the old location, the grand hall. So what's up with that, do I need to do something else before i can find him or?

 

Additionally, i was at first unable to trigger the dialogue outside of the pokemon area when i bought all the pokemon (except ditto, if that's even where u get ditto, i cant remember) at the same time, so if anyone knows what that's about that'd be cool.

Arclight is only in the nightclub after restoration and before you start the Devon Corp raid quest. If you already started the quest, you'll have to wait until after you get Titania's badge for him to appear there again.

right after you get Titania's badge or do you have to wait a bit because I've do both and he is still not here for me

 

 

And i got the dialogue but i don't get a lucky egg

Normaly he should show up after you have won against Titania bought all Pokemon (which you already did) Have you rescued the daycare couple before restoration and circus arc? than Ditto should have shown up with the other daycare pokemon when you did the puzzle with them. If you didnt save them ditto should show up now at 7th street rdy to buy for you. If you didnt get ditto yet I would check 7th street out to be safe.

i rescued the daycare people before restoration and got the ditto during the raid with amaria in the powerplant but i never bought the starter do i need to buy him
