v_14_when Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 Hey so um Im having some trouble with the Valor Mountain summit. I currently went back there trying to get the Abra. But the weather refuses to changes even if I use the crystals. Itll just stay in angry mode, and whenever I change it, the weather in the cave outside the summit always defaults to Neutral?!? Please help
Nocturne93 Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 You can't encounter Abra anymore on the summit. Abra is now located on Route 4, after earning Amber's badge.
