shiv7500 Posted August 10, 2021 Share Posted August 10, 2021 @Dustpan okay so I had that same issue. You need to go back to an old save file that was right before going into valor mountain. Specifically back at the resort house. After you see the venam and Melia cutscene where she flies away, you need to go upstairs and talk to venam again where Valerie is there too. This triggers the initial event in valor mountain where you talk to the hoverboard dude and he gives u the powder thing that allows you to change the mountains mood.
