Drifloon location?

Hey, just wondering where you can find drifloon in V13? Thanks

Found it at night on the way to lost tower (the one that starts Narcissa's quest)

It's an insanely low encounter rate, so good luck on that one.

 

EDIT: Forgotten Path, north of Goldenleaf Town. 
 

Still not sure if it's mandatory to be night-time though.
