Vending machine location

Just about to battle shelly but i heard she is a monster and watched a video of someone battling her and using soda pop, so is there a vending machine i can access this early on? Would really help if there is

If you go to the Spyce restaurant in the far right of North Obsidia you can buy Fresh Waters, Soda Pops, and Lemonades for pretty damn cheap, so I'd definitely recommend stocking up on Lemonades there since they'll be a great healing item for a long time.

another option is the sweet shop in obsidia, catch something with pickup and battle till it picks up an ice-cream, that can be given to the brat in front of the vending machine in the sweet shop and you can buy ice-cream which is also very effective. bonus if you buy vanilla, the first one will be a vanillite instead.

There's also a rare chance that a Blue Moon Ice Cream can be obtained.

There is a ice cream vendor on sunny days in front of the grand hall as well or one in spinal town museum tho vanilla ice cream there is always vanilite from what I understand

grand hall vendor is only after restoration. And i was unaware other ice-cream types were on the pickup table.
