This problem persists in several other areas as well (Route 3, Route 11, Safari Zone, among others). It's not extremely gamebreaking, but makes it difficult to explore since you can't even see where you're going at some point. It goes away once you enter a building, cave, etc. but reappears when you visit the area again. I've tried changing the screen size, redownloading, and repatching but none of those worked.
